We do a lot of work with US Powertrain at my company. Everyone we've dealt with has been quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. Parts are shipped very quickly and at better pricing and warranty than I can source myself. The one time that we've had a "warranty" claim (amongst many dozens of purchases) was a small leak that was IMMEDIATELY dealt with. Repair parts were sent out and showed up next day (Being in Nebraska may help) and the whole process was handled easily, no issues. I will absolutely be continuing to deal with JP, Alan, and all of the rest of the great guys at US Powertrain. Thanks, guys!

Not a good place to do business. I order a rear end for my dodge 3500. Had trouble with the first one. Had two send the old one out of my pickup. Put that one in and trouble with that one to. Had a oil leak the next day, had to send it back. The next one work for 8 months 15,000 miles and had trouble again. They give me new bearing to put in and still don't work. They said no warranty on it. So I have to order a new one. It hasn't been a good year. Be careful

Needed a transfer case for our 99 F-450 and they shipped one to us in a timely manner, everything fit great and ran great. 1 year later and still going strong. We didn't have any issues with our return for core either. Pleasure doing business with this company.

The front universal on my 2011 Nissan Titan Pro4X, developed a problem. The dealer that I purchased the truck from said that 49 dealerships were waiting on 55 front universals with NO ETA - the factory units were on "indefinite" backorder....! Most likely this is due to COVID 19 and the trade war with China for bearings etc. I started my search on the internet and stumbled upon US Powertrain. I placed a call to US Powertrain that was promptly answered by JP Harmelink. JP was able to walk me through there remanufacture process. I felt 100% comfortable with placing the order for a remanufactured front differential. The unit arrived in near record time - 5 days after I ordered it. Throughout the transaction JP fielded multiple phone calls from me, as I had various questions regarding - break-in period, towing and 4 X 4 post install. Each time JP handled my calls professionally. And even though I am NOT a gear head, he did a great job explaining things, each time I called. I would give US Powertrain - 5 stars. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this business to other 4 X 4 owners, when they are in need of a powertrain part. I have nearly 800 miles on the reman unit and there have been no issues. Thanks JP and thanks US Powertrain for helping me out...!!

We ordered a driveshaft, they sent the wrong part- it did not fit the vehicle. We sent it back to them and they charged us for the shipping. When I called and asked about the refund being short, I was told he had "a different story"..... (whatever that means) so I asked, very clearly- if you guys send me the wrong part, I have to pay to send it back? Apparently yes- buyers beware, this company has lost our business! We asked for the correct part, we had to pay for their mistake.Update: We were happy to have our refund taken care of, it is unfortunate that this review had to come to this. By the way, we have not received any calls from US Powertrain. Too bad that this couldn't be resolved from the phone call made by the owner, but at least in the end it was resolved.

Bought a differential a year ago. The casing chipped!When I bought this product from them company 1 it was vary difficult talking with the man on the phone and hes vary short worded and acts like he dosent wanna do his job, meaning he can't just do the work and find what your looking for h wants you to tell him the name where you found it on the page ectttt...(not my job) the best part is here soooo when I bought the differential I was told I could purchase a "LIFE TIME WARRANTY FOR MY PART" well today I called to do the claim a year laterr from purchasing the part... Justtttt to find out i donttt haveee life timeeee WARRANTY... apparently I have just a 1 year warranty! Guessss what is the best part..... the warranty ended a few months agooo!.....Yall need people who have sale skills and social skills and knowledge of their on website and most importantly somewho care for customer satisfaction!definitely not happy with my experience from this company!

Got a reman axel for my brother in laws truck and they couldn't even put the Axel retaining clips in the carrier to hold the axels in after paying 1500 for it who builds a rear end and don't put them in

Worst company ever the used the wrong abs tone ring and didn’t stand behind their word they sent a different axle assembly with wrong parts I’d never recommend them to anyone !!!!!
