They are horrible they added on extra crazy high fees for a 3 day hold charged me $821.53 to get my car back and refused to give me an invoice I have been texting and calling them for my invoice first they asked me to text my email so they could email it to me then they stopped responding not to mention when they took my car they didn’t even leave me a business card so I could call and see who they were or wher they were taking my car and they didn’t let me finish getting my stuff out and they were dragging my car and driving crazy when they towed it my car was acting weird after I got it smh don’t use these guysService: Car towing

Would definitely not recommend this company. The tow truck driver put the wrong hook on my van and as he was pulling it up on the roll back, the hook came off and my van rolled off the tow truck and slammed into my buddy's truck that was parked behind me damaging both of our trucks. The driver didn't want the police to come to the seen. So we swapped insurance info, but they only want to pay for my bumper and there was body damage to both of my rear doors as well as the body itself. The owner was extremely rude on the phone. The driver Kevin from OMEGA Towing was great! Very professional and timely. He met and exceeded my expectations. Due to some confusion, I reached out directly to OMEGA (was going thru AAA) and I don't know the gentleman who answered the phone, but he promptly too care of my needs.

This happened as doing this review. Called insurance they secured the service said 1 hour. I called to confirm. Service confirm by me and insurance. Spoke with a nice woman who confirmed it. Insurance calls me back and asked did they come yet i told them no insurance said that their phone was going straight to voicemail so I called same thing. When someone finally answered it was Hello as if they had just woken up. I explained the situation to which the man on the phone got a attitude with me. I told him do not get frustrated with me because i did not cause the issue at hand. He then looked it up in the system and said that it was canceled i asked who canceled it because I know that I did not and the insurance did not he got upset and said that I was insinuating that his company canceled it . Then he went on to tell me well we have other towing jobs we want the money but we cant get to everything I responded by saying if you cant do the job a simple no would have sufficed he then proceeded to hang-up in my face. I called back and the nice woman answered and apologized and said that was the owner and that the towing company was the one to cancel the service because the trucks were down. this place is not worth the time and the owner just sucks doesn't care about customer service at all go to Billups because they are professional and on time.Service: Car lockouts

Omega towing showed up 35 minutes earlier than what Geico said!! I was so grateful!!! I was stranded on the side of 64 East! Our tow technician (Michael Keith) was very professional, courteous, and friendly! Mikes truck was very clean and comfortable!! If I ever breakdown again, I will request Omega towing!! I was on interstate 64 and was very nervous from cars passing by. I called several towing companies and no answer. Omega got right to me within approx.35 mins and we very careful with my vehicle that I just bought. The driver made sure I got into his truck so I felt safe and he was so pleasant. If you need towing I would highly recommend OMEGA TOWING!

Mark was so awesome! Picture me, on the side of some back road near New Kent with only a vague idea of where I am, sitting in my car with no AC, it's raining cats and dogs, and i'm just waiting for the tow truck that USAA got for me. Mark calls me and talks me through where he is and together we retrace my route so he could find me, he even stayed on the phone with me until we made visual contact. It was the most personable and helpful towing service I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with BY MILES! When I apologized for bringing him out in the rain do you know what he said to me? He says "No problem man, that's our job." Talk about the ultimate professional! And so friendly! Once we got to our tow destination that was sent to him from the USAA dispatcher we found out that it wasn't even an auto garage, it was a paint shop. So we found a nearby Firestone about 10 minutes away instead and even though Mark had finished the job he was hired for he said it was totally fine to just take the car over to the Firestone since it was still hitched up. Then when we got to Firestone he helped me push the car into a parking space. As if he wasn't already enough of a stand up guy, he then tells me that there was some issue with USAA's payment and that it didn't go through, that this tow was going to be an out of pocket expenses for him, but he said not to worry about it. Can you believe that? After all that trouble and he tells me not to worry about him possibly not getting paid. Well Mark you deserve better and you can be sure I'll be calling USAA to make sure you get paid for your stellar service. Trustworthy and Reliable . Very nice and respectable. My girlfriend had broke down and called Omega towing , they were there on time and were very helpful to the situation. I appreciate their speedy service, and reliability. This is the only Towing service I’m dealing with from here on out .

In these days in time it’s hard to find a tow truck company that deals with class and professionalism, usually you get rude , sketchy tow truck drivers ,that don’t care about the customers or the Vehicles that they are called to tow , but thank god Omega Towing broke all of my stereotypes regarding towing services. They are about their business, and treated me and my kids like we were family. For now on when ever I’m in need of a tow truck service I’m calling ‘OMEGA Towing ‘ !!!

Very unpunctual, I cannot recommend a company that says a driver is going to arrive by x time and 4+ hours later no response. No call no show. As a Williamsburg local I would recommend Henderson Towing for your towing needs. Obviously this company is overwhelmed with insurance claims. Bottom line avoid at all cost.
