The cashier took upon himself to put all the refunds on the card. Sorry, but I pay my bills, didn't need his help. I have purchased many items over the years. At least there are many other parts stores here in Williamsburg.

And he would not give me the name of his supervisor when I asked. Stark contrast to the friendly and helpful customer service we received at the location in Lightfoot a just a few minutes earlier. We will not be going back to this location. We will go to the friendly location with good customer service in Lightfoot.
