I highly recommend this dealer!! Our Chevy Duramax died while we were traveling. Denise in the service department was great to work with. She kept us informed through the diagnostic process, arranged a car rental, and provided much needed moral support. Well, repairs were extensive so we decided to look at purchasing. We were lucky to get a top notch salesman named Brian Molatto! This guy went above and beyond the call of duty getting us a vehicle we wanted at the right price. He was not pushy and didn’t try to sell us on something we didn’t want. We have bought many vehicles in our day, and I must say this was the best experience by far! He even stayed almost two hours past closing to ensure we knew how everything on our new 2020 Duramax worked before we left. That’s not all, he even delivered our rental car back for us so we could be on our way back to Oregon. Excellent customer service!!! Five star rating is not enough!

Oil change and alignment waited over three hours for completion. Wait time excessive and just notified they did not have the oil filter and had to wait for delivery, in addition just now pulling car in for alignment.

Personally with the parts department I do not have much experienceas I do not buy parts here unless my vehicle is being serviced and the parts are needed from Chevrolet. I do know they are expensive.
