Unfortunately a friend of mine loanded his truck to a "friend" who ended up getting arrested while driving his truck so the city impounded it to this place. We didnt know anything about how you get it out or what we needed to do so we called them and they were very polite and understanding. Explained what we needed to do. It was $48 per day storage fee. When he went to get the truck out their were no issues. Need proof of insurance, registration, and license there was no damage to the truck from being towed nothing missing from inside the truck. Bussness is clean and easy to find

Friday night before labor day.....my husbands car overheated and he had to leave it on I70 overnight! We called Saturday morning and Peffley Hinshaw promptly picked it up and towed it to the dealership in Terre Haute before noon. All the arrangements for this tow were completed over the phone....i now have their number in my phone if we ever need them again. Thanks guys!Service: Special vehicle towing

Easy to work with just gotta know how to talk to them with respect and not act like its there fault because we all know why our vehicle is in the impound lot so we are the only ones to take responsibility and do the right thing and jump through the hoops to get your vehicle back!!

Be an alright company if they actually respected the law.Came out on 41 and towed my red blazer even though it had a sticker from the police saying it was ok to be there for 24 hours. Went to get it and found out it had been towed and the tag completely ignored,so,now I have to pay to get my vehicle out,even though it was illegally towed.

My in laws were traveling thru Terra Haute and were involved in a serious accident on Rt 70 that totaled their motorhome. Paul the owner and his dad Mike are serious towing professionals. They extracted my father in law from the cab after the fire department had worked at it for 45 minutes. 5 minutes after they winched the cab away he was removed with only a broken leg. They saved the day and were very helpful. I highly recommend this family owned company. Great job!!
