I’ve been coming here for 15 years and ever since they changed everything around and people left it’s gone down hill. Was just in to get a tailgate and even though it was damaged the rude lady at the counter was persistent on getting $200 while it was maybe worth $100. Normally I would just assume it’s a high demand part for them except they’ve had the vehicle for 70 days. I rarely go to pick a part because of how they are and now I just simply won’t come back. Plenty of other and better companies out there to get parts from

Sold me the wrong part completely. Told them I needed a starter for my Plymouth breeze and got a starter tagged Plymouth breeze but was a Ford fusion starter that didn't fit. 65 bucks down the drain without a refund

Horrible customer service I came in to buy a fender that I called about twice they said they had the car and fender could be missing because they are an open yard but the car was fully missing. This business is full of scammers they just charge you for entry that is non refundable so you walk in expecting to find your part waste time walking around. Would not recommend coming.

Was from out of town and had my truck broke into so was without a side window. These great people took into consideration my predicament, sent one of their parts specialist out and within 45 minutes they had me a replacement glass sitting on the counter. Old school service. Can’t tell you how much I appreciated their great help/service.

Shaun Bell helped us get parts for our car at affordable price and helped us install them on the car, went out of his way to make sure everything part fit the car, I recommend going to see Shaun for help on finding parts for your car! Excellent Customer Service!👏

So this place is amazing. Had a pricing problem with the Albany location and I called Turner and they told me they would give me what I was looking for for the price that Albany told me from the start. Amazing all the way across the board.
- MMolly Peterson
The lady at the front desk is awesome! Gave us a sweet deal on a seat that we needed.

Called and asked if they had a donut for a 2019 Kia Forte and was told they had plenty of donuts and come on down. Drove from Salem only to be told, no we don't have anything like that. Thanks guys, appreciate the honesty and communication. Maybe train your people to give accurate information 🤔 😕

I gotta say these guys are truly one in a million ,Shaun and Elisabeth always go out of theryre way to make sure my experience is a positive one.alot of "wrecking yards" are so impersonable it's like get em in get out. Terrible customer service, bad prices for purchasing scrapped cars and don’t provide enough information on open to close times. Posted to be open until 5 on weekends but closes early. I tried calling ahead to determine if it would be worth coming in but was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Decided it was early enough to go in person and was told they were closing 2 hours early, wasting 30 minutes of my time in driving and time being on hold. Would recommend any other scrap yard over them.
- RRyan Owens
Always has great customer service and knowledgeable staff that has helped me find what I needed more times than I can count. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
- AAlexa Bjers
The staff here are awesome and so so helpful! ALWAYS CALL AHEAD to make sure you’re not wasting time looking for something that isn’t there. Pricing is reasonable and they are even open every Saturdays!!! (make sure it’s not a holiday during any normal business hours because they are usually closed if so) Added with the heat wave they have been closing early ALWAYS CALL FIRST TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE STILL OPEN. They have no ac it’s hot af so that’s understandable. Always call ahead!

My favorite place to get used car parts. I love this place, Sean, Elizabeth, Dakota, the dismantlers out in the yard! Peaceful place to be and sometimes you get something awesome to take home and put on your car! The sun was out today and my aunt and I went down to see if they had parts for my car, turns out they have a lot of parts waiting for me.

I used to always have a good experience with this junkyard. theyve sold me parts and guaranteed a replacement if it didnt work. but recently i ordered a gas tank and paid an extra $40 for them to pull it for me and have it ready for when i was back from my trip. turns out the gas tank they gave me was incorrect, they wanted to replace it but it would take 2-3 business days. i decided to locate one elsewhere and when i asked for a return they put a 25% restock fee. which would have been acceptable if i pulled the part, but when i pay them to pull it for me and they make the mistake why am i being charged for it? customer service was NOT professional at all, was told i would get transferred to manager but they just put me on hold for someone else to deal with me. lady on the other end was taking everything i said personally and when i finally told her that she had loat a customer and im just gonna pay the fee she snarkily said "Amazing! have a great day" and hangs up. Totally not professional at all and would not reccomend, theres a junkyard off of portland road that will pull all the parts for you without an additional fee and is very friendly! will not be taking business here again

Not the best selection I've been to much better salvage yards

UPDATE :Things have really gone downhill since I posted this review. The staff there don't even know what cars they have in stock. Prices of are out of touch with reality. They're asking more for used parts than I can pay for new. They treat everyone that comes in there like they are a criminal.
- PPaul Allen
Horrible customer service 👎 Notoriously ghosting people, providing misinformation and never returning calls. Prepare to lose your money if you order from this part source.
- GG. Cassidy
This visit went exactly as I expected but, I got to admit, I stacked the odds, a little bit. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it really helps to call prior to a visit just to confirm the location of a part on the yard or availability of a pre-poled part in the shop.
- MMichael Bedwell
They have cleaned up the yard very well. Easy to find vehicle placements and good service, slightly behind with the inventory listing but much better now then in near and far past visits.
- OOscar B
Good experience overall. Not many customers, but front desk appears busy so be prepared to wait. It helps to speak Spanish. Appear to have rear desk clerks for calls. Did not have my part so not charged the $2 to enter the yard, walk a long distance & search for similar vehicles to mine. The yard is well organized with gravelled aisles & vehicles are slightly raised.

Pick-A-Part is one of my favorite places to go! The employees are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. They almost always know the answers to any questions i might have, if they don't know the answer there is always someone around that does. They almost always have the part I'm looking for, but if by chance they don't have it they get on the computer and try to find it at another location. If they find it they will have it shipped to their site at no cost to you. It usually gets there within a couple days. The best part is for only $1 you can sign in and go walk around the yard for hours looking at hundreds of cars and find things you didn't know you needed until you see it! Plus the cars are very organized and if you tell them exactly what you're looking for they will give you a map and tell you exactly where to find whatever it is you're after

Well, we ordered a part, it was supposed to be the next day so what the guy said that we had to pay for it right now. I paid for it going on 5 days now still no part nobody's called nothing. I call them to tell them I want the money credited back. They pretty much. Tell me to go f myself and don't plan on cutting my card back. I literally had to file charges with my bank and Marion County. Against them you guys can do without what you want

I go here to get certain little parts for my car rebuilds and depending on who is pricing the parts it fluctuates from understandable to cmon it’s a used old part on a 30 year old vehicle. I payed 75 dollars for a sunroof window with them pulling one day, and on another I got priced 200 for a lower sway bar with lower control arms that just gives you an idea of how it can fluctuate pricing. When in reality it should have been like 100 tops especially with me getting down and dirty. I will still go here but I wish it was more reasonable at times.
- SSeahawks Fan86
Horrible. I run a business by myself and it takes me 40 min each way to go to pick n pull. The last 3 times I have gone there the cars look like they have been rolled over. Online the car looks perfect you show up and its totaled doesn't even have any usable parts. Very misleading very frustrating. Then I bring it up to the cashier and ask why it is that they cant accurately advertise these cars so they dont waste people's time. And she just played stupid like it didnt bother her. Horrible business Photo 1 is what the car looked like on 10/12/2020 Photo 2 is the car on 10/15/2020

Learn Spanish. No one understands English. Crooks. Agree on price BEFORE you begin getting your part

Wanted to give a sincere Thank You! to the guys at this location. I was there on 7/15 to pick up some parts delivered from a different location. One of the parts was wrong, one of the gentleman offered to go take a look in the yard to see if they had the right part in stock. We quickly located it, the gentleman had it pulled and I was good to go. My car didn't start and I was stranded. We discussed the problem and the staff lent me tools (I live over 2 hours away and didn't bring anything) to help figure it out. Identified the likely problem, the guys pulled a part off another car and I tried it out. Although the part didn't fix my problem, I really valued their help and patience. Also gave me a good recommendation for a tow truck. An unexpected ordeal, but the guys at this yard were as friendly, helpful, patient, and accommodating as one could be. Sincerely, a big thank you!

Average selection of used parts. Rather high prices for said parts. Some of their stuff is cheap but the majority of things here over priced. THESE ARE SELF SERVICED USED CAR PARTS! They shouldn't be priced at a premium especially when you are the one pulling them. The yard is in pretty good condition I don't remember stepping in any ankle deep mud puddles like at other yards. Overall it's a pretty good self service parts yard but Ive definitely frequented far better establishments of this kind in my career as a journeyman mechanic.
- JJosh Pranzetti
great selection of cars but the lady at the front desk is not exactly the brightest lightbulb in the room. there has to be some kind of pricing based on condition of the pulled part. pricing everything as if it was is good working order is idiotic.
- JJohn Faire
They are pretty fair priced. But they need organization. It's like having too big of a garden. If you don't work on it right away, it'll get out of hand pretty quickly. That's the same situation with their cars. They just hope to have room when a car come in. If not, oh well, just dump it somewhere, and keep hoping this doesn't get out of hand. Well, it's pretty close to out of hand, to where it's hard to find cars yourself, and impossible for the employees to tell you where the cars are exactly. There kinda, maybe over in that direction, they'll say. Then you're walking around for a good 15-30min trying to find something that'll work. I would go again, but only if I have time to waste, because that is likely to happen.
