I am always surprised by how reasonable the prices are and even cheaper yet when you pull the items yourself! People are treated respectfully and with a no nonsense and business like manner. Ive never left there empty handed or with an empty wallet. Every one i recommended them to wont go anywhere else.

Pick-A-Part is one of my favorite places to go! The employees are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. They almost always know the answers to any questions i might have, if they don't know the answer there is always someone around that does. They almost always have the part I'm looking for, but if by chance they don't have it they get on the computer and try to find it at another location. If they find it they will have it shipped to their site at no cost to you. It usually gets there within a couple days. The best part is for only $1 you can sign in and go walk around the yard for hours looking at hundreds of cars and find things you didn't know you needed until you see it! Plus the cars are very organized and if you tell them exactly what you're looking for they will give you a map and tell you exactly where to find whatever it is you're after

They have cleaned up the yard very well. Easy to find vehicle placements and good service, slightly behind with the inventory listing but much better now then in near and far past visits.

Drove there and back twice 92 mile trip each time looking for a specific jeep part.Ended up finding what I need and the man at the front desk was very respectful and understanding of my extreme commute.I will definitely be returning for other things thanks to this experience.All the staff we're respectful and didn't belittle me or judge my abilities.

They would say something's in one area of the yard but when you get there it's not.. they got a lot of reorganizing to do.. but other than that.. it's a pretty big yard.

I called about a seat and the guy tells me to come out to see 8f I can find a car and a seat and if I do pull it and he will charge me $50 for it , I was like alrighty then.

The people atleast try to awnser your questions as best as they can even if they can't help you. And online it says they have parts in stock when I've went there and they didn't. Need to update that regularly other than that a great place for cheap parts when you can find cars not completely gutted already!

Horrible.I run a business by myself and it takes me 40 min each way to go to pick n pull.The last 3 times I have gone there the cars look like they have been rolled over.Online the car looks perfect you show up and its totaled doesn't even have any usable parts.Very misleading very frustrating.Then I bring it up to the cashier and ask why it is that they cant accurately advertise these cars so they dont waste people's time.And she just played stupid like it didnt bother her.Horrible businessPhoto 1 is what the car looked like on 10/12/2020Photo 2 is the car on 10/15/2020

Amazing service. Directed me right to the vehicles I needed. In and out easy peasy.

Many cars are pretty picked over and they aren't sorted very well. That said, I found what I went for and their prices are great.
