Had a great experience selling my car to pick-n-pull. They communicated when they were on their way, very professional and friendly when they arrived. I just had to provide keys and title and they gave me a cashiers check. Pick up was free (for me) I was very pleased to have such a smooth transaction. Thank you.

We found so many good parts for our car. The website is helpful to know which cars they have. Don't bother calling and asking if certain cars still have certain parts, they don't know and that's part of the fun, going out and searching through these picked over cars for the parts you need. After a recent car accident, where my wife was not at fault, we were able to find a rear bumper replacement and misc parts to repair the car on our own. Bring your own tools. I have found bringing a cart of wheeled toolbox makes life much easier getting through the lot.

Long but honest review: The laughs were worth the entrance fee. They didn’t have the primary part on either of the cars that were on the lot, but that’s to be expected. They also didn’t have toilet paper in the on site urinal, and the gentleman sweeping the lot told me I’d have to talk to someone inside. I pulled a secondary part from a car and headed inside to pay. Watched a hilarious situation with the guy that was previously sweeping the lot (who was now inside, and yes, I resisted the temptation to ask him for a roll of TP) and a gentleman that was buying a rear view mirror. The customer also decided he wanted to haggle on an intact used car, and during his convo with the cashier (lot guy, who told me to get bent about tp) the cashier noticed a side mirror in the customer’s pocket. Customer claimed it was his that he brought in. (Probably not truth). The manager eventually intervened and pointed out the signage that no parts are to enter and any part leaving the lot had to be paid for. My son and I waited (a ridicules amount of time) to pay for our pulled part, that would have been useful but not as essential as the part we came for, during this ordeal, joking amongst ourselves. They then quoted me full retail price for the part I’d pulled myself, used. (It was a Dorman Aftermarket Door Latch/Actuator). While I applaud them for not getting ripped off, I resent them immediately turning around to attempt to scam me. I’ve worked in automotive aftermarket for over 10 years, and this part was secondary to my intended visit, because they didn’t have the part I wanted, I realize that’s part of the gamble at a scrap yard, however their assertion to not get scammed seemed much less professional after they attempted to over charge me for a used part I didn’t actively need, at full retail cost. Fun fact- do your research on pricing before approaching the counter, don’t get scammed. Also don’t be the scumbag that tries to steal from them.
