Drove 45 minutes to pick and pull based on the website, which clearly listed a 2015 Honda in lot 106. Searched the lot thoroughly for over an hour and found nothing. The website showed it was there for under a month. I even called, confirmed with an employee, and explained I was on-site but couldn’t locate the car. Rather than helping, the employee simply kept repeating, “Have a good day” hushing me up. Total round trip: 3 hours wasted.

I have to give 1 star because I have no choice. I needed a car part a friend of mine told me if I go to pick n pull I could find the parts cheaper and there is always car mechanics out side could help me. I found someone who could help me and he was good help. I problem was when I was standing in line to pay my headlight the lady ERICA was so rude to her employees and the mechanics. She was yelling at people and really being very rude to the mechanics. It was very sad. If I was in charge I would have fired her rite on the spot. ERICA was acusing people of stealing I get it she was doing her job but dam there is a way of talking to people. Everyone there is just trying to work and make a living just like her. The way she talked to her employees was to far it was sad. I will never step in that pick n pull.

Most of the crew here is great, but the one associate Erika is terrible. Has no idea what any part is but is trying to scam you and charge crazy prices by claiming certain items are whatever she believes them to be. She has no mechanical knowledge whatsoever lol. She buts in and makes other workers she cuts off feel less than. This location needs to get rid of her, she's losing them money because once customer denies paying high price item just goes in a junk pile. Not like they are going to reinstall parts in vehicles. They don't even know what car they came from.

This was an enjoyable experience! They had decent inventory, and kept things categorized and documented well. $3 admission fee was reasonable. They would increase their business 10 fold if they had more trucks and SUVs, but it is good enough. Slim pickings for Ford trucks.

Rang up an airbox as airbox and a/c duct. When I said that it's just a airbox she then rang it up as a aftermarket cold air intake which is priced higher. Its a completely stock intake. Good yard, bad service.

Today, Oct. 27th, I went to get an exhaust manifold for my vehicle. I spent 4 hours removing it and when i went to purchase it i was told by Fernando they don't sell that item. He refused to let me talk to a manager and there are no signs saying they do not sell them. Also if they don't sell it then why is it out there? Worst customer service I've ever dealt with by far. I will post pictures of all there signs apon entry.

Worst pick n pull location hands down. Charges for every single bolt, piece of metal, and over charges for what there is and mislabels items. Lady at the front is extremely rude and negative. Terrible.

2 stars just because it exist, and if you have a more rare, older, car, it can be a great resource. However, the prices are very high for used parts that you pull. About 50% less than buying new in my experience. 20 years ago you paid about 10% of the cost of a new part.

The old lady on counter charges every single bolt on parts and always she's in bad mood, but besides that they always have good parts and a lot of trucks parts.

Tried calling 5 times never picked up. Called a different location hoping to confirm some info on the car I was driving an hour to look at for parts. The person acted almost offended I would dare to ask if the car was complete or happened to still have struts, explaining they track nothing. I asked if someone might be able to walk the lot and tell me anymore info. He said no and instead proceeded to rudely explain the concept of pick n pull to me. Horrendous customer service and I will be looking everywhere else for these parts before going to pick n pull

You will be racially profiled by a Hispanic lady if your black. I sat in the parking lot after right afterclosing, there were other non black patrons in the parking lot sitting and working on their cars. I noticed that she was observing me, as I proceeded to exit she followed. Then I decided to pull over, and she pulls over. All while there were other patron still on the facility parking lot smoking, sitting and working on their cars. This lady needs to treat everyone the same.

Highly overpriced. Same price for parts as brand new ones. Defeats the purpose of a wrecking yard

Not much to say but it's just a salvage yard to get parts for vehicles and accessories that you want or need. Just practice secure parking. Making sure your door's are locked windows are up. Keys are with you. If you leave anyone in the car. Tell them don't talk to anyone and press a firm hold on the horn if someone won't go away and keep the hold until your driver or a employee arrives. Don't park far away from entrance. For the most part I've never had any trouble with my vehicle at the salvage yard. Some places have food trucks on site. Portable restrooms are sometimes provided.

My husband bought Lexus seats and they ended up not working for what we needed. They did not give him a receipt when he purchased them because the system was “running slow.” He headed back over there and the same man who sold him the seats not even three hours earlier refused to give him a refund or “store credit” because he didn’t have a receipt. He paid by debit card and they still wouldn’t work with him. Beware of here.

They advertised having a Toyota matrix which they had received 2 days ago and it was in row 112. I went there because I needed a part for my Toyota matrix.I searched row 112 carefully but there was no matrix. I went and asked the person collecting the entree fee about it and showd him their ad. He said it is there. We got it 2 days ago. I said I did not see any matrix but there is a corolla that looks like the one in your ad. He asked is it gray? I said yes, gray silver. He said that's it, corolla is matrix. I said corolla is not matrix, they have similarities but they are not the same. He said then they made a mistake. I said your ad wasted my time. Can you check to see which other car has the hatchback glass that I can use, I know about Pontiac vibe, and already checked them. Any other car you can suggest? He said that's it. We don't have any. I repeated, can you check? He got busy on his computer for less than 10 seconds and said we don't have it.I said but this is not right. He loudly said do you want your money back? At this point I was upset, not much because of the mistake in their ad but, mostly I was upset by his attitude. I was thinking about the value of about 3 hours of my time and the transportation expense and this guy really thinks it is okay to keep the entry fee. I grabbed the 2 dollars and left, thinking about how unprofessional people are placed there to act as experts and help the dumb customers. So sad in deed. That's all.

This place is a rip off. You might as well order new parts with the prices they charge here. Maybe not for everything, but it's definitely worth checking the price online for a new part. They will nickel and dime you here. I just came here to get some specific wire harness and a switch. Should've cost around $15. They charged me around $45. $18.99 for the wires. $11.50 for this little window switch, and $5 for the wire pigtail connected to the switch. It says on their sign not to steal and then they rob you blind.

Like to go there , to see if they have any parts I may need for my 3 vehicles before I purchase in a store. These days their prices for used parts and scrap metal is insane. Sometimes and certain things need to be bought brand new. I still love the concept but guys, geez bring the prices down a little.

Great place to pick a part for your car. Very organized and they are able to tell you if they have your car in stock. Bring your own tools. Note: while they do take returns with a 30 day receipt they do not issue ANY refunds (not even credit card), only store credit. The sign that says no CASH refunds is misleading and should be changed to better reflect this policy.

Joseph store manager telling me to I remove the car tires. The store manager Joseph not follow up with his employees to ensure the cars staged/ safe and ready for the customers.

Great place to pull your own used parts. The staff are really nice and as helpful as they can be considering it's a do it yourself kinda place. If you're having difficulty pulling a part, there is a guy named Efrain that roams the yard that will assist you for a fee. If you ask a staff member they can point you toward him or maybe even call him for you or give you his number. He pushes a cart with his name number and parts puller on a sign. He was a great help and the money spent on his assistance was worth it. The car buying hours begin at 8 on the weekdays. The junkyard opens at 9. I guess they do close at 6 during the week. On Sunday they were open from 8:30-5:30. Probably best to call ahead and ask their business hours. Sears and harbor freight tools are just down the road in case you forgot or need any tools for the job.

They make selling your junk/unused vehicle super easy and straight forward. Give you options and time frames ( drop off or pick up) . Everything was well explained, they helped with all paperwork.... We even left smiling! They have always been helpful finding parts, and truthful about quality and value. Friendly staff!

One of my go to junkyards. It was cool, but there is high turn over of staff members and there seems to be a bunch of people trying to charge everything the highest prices or like new. I've always been respectful, but when you get headlights from a 91 and try to charge me, "like new", that is absolute BS. I've gotten to the point where I've prepared an argument if I don't like the prices.

Be careful at the cashier they charge me for 2 leaf spring when I only had one and the guy lied about the price, the price was right next to it. I had a hard time finding the price but when I found it, it said 40 on the list, why did he tell me it was 100 bucks I confronted him and said their system was down he couldnt fix it, it's not the first time they try to over charge me that's the reason I hask them how much, and what are they charging me. Last time I bought one cylinder head, and they where charging me for rocket arms the car don't even have rocket arms, be careful at the register

See Pic. I have to say I got a good deal overall in my purchase. But as I was leaving, I noticed my receipt total was $112.99, but below the total there was a different charge of $121.99. I was being charged $121.99 vice $112.99. I confronted the cashier about this,, and after making me wait for 15 minutes the cashier gave me back the difference in cash. The cashier said there was a "glitch" in the system. If you look at the bottom of the picture, it says: "number of items purchased: 2", which was not true: the number of items I purchased was 3. So what she did was she charged me for two items I didn't buy, and she charged me more money for theirwoth. And she charged me making it look like I was getting money back as if it was a cash transaction. Beware, this guys are SCAMMERS at the registers.
