I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience today was very disappointing. First, I want to say the lady at the reception was very kind, respectful, and helpful — she deserves appreciation for her good attitude. But the manager I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I drove almost 50 miles to come here, and when I arrived, I simply asked about a specific car and whether certain parts were available. Instead of checking for me or giving me any information, he told me I had to pay first before he would even look. He made it clear he wouldn’t check anything unless I paid upfront, basically telling me it’s “my luck” if the parts are there or not. I’ve never had a manager talk to me like that. His attitude felt disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way — especially after driving a long distance. Very disappointed with the management here.

Newark PnP is the nirvana of Bay Area junkyards. It is so massive...where else are you going to find a wrecked limo?! Wasn't even looking for one but that's just awesome.
