Amazing experience! This yard is very polished and one of the cleanest, more professional Pick-N-Pulls I've been to. The inventory is great, with the website being accurate. They were very nice and understanding. Definitely a place I would recommend!

I have mixed feelings about pick-n-pull. I like that there is a place we can go to get used parts, but for a car like mine, the prices are a bit high, if i can even find the car there anymore. They are becoming a rare find at dismantlers. But I understand there are environmental fees that are outrageous in California It’s great if you are looking for a common car such as a Toyota Camry or Toyota Sienna Especially with body parts if you’re looking for a specific color or interior parts. It’s great to get hardware like screws and bolts that’s the dealers charge so much money for.

On December 2, 2024, I visited this place, I could not find the vehicle I needed when I arrived, they said they could not do anything, saying that they had removed the vehicle. 35 miles to get here I drove and they didn't refund my entry fee. If the car is not here, delete it from your system! And please be polite .

A serious waste of time. Overpriced AF go to rock Auto or eBay. They won't tell you the price until you've picked it and done all the labor! For used rusted beat-up parts, it's more than new ones. Seriously? How is this a business? Waste of time. If you have any idea what your parts cost, do not go here.

Honestly love going to pick in pull but you have to pay again to get the stamp if you don’t get it when you get in and they dont tell you that when you go in and the person didn’t offer the stamp and when I was leaving I asked to get it they said can’t give it to you unless you pay again at least have a sign or have the workers tell the customers so they know to get ittttt

I love it there have more inventory more projects cars for sale and the employees are really nice the only downside is I have to travel out my way to get there, because I live closer to the Newark pick an pull, but they typically have the same cars there for a long period of time so I go to the San Jose one and sometimes I’ll be disappointed because the car I’m looking for will not be there for a minute, but that’s at all pick and pulls

There was a little bit of a hassle and kind of out of the way but they helped trade our old car for a new electric one and we love it.

Another entrance fee increase to $4 bucks and you have to let them take your photo after you sign away all your rights in their waiver. Ok then, The staff acts weirdly powerful like they're doing you a big a$$ favor when they don't ignore you. But how are the cars mostly stripped even before it's set down on the row, i saw them set them down. And the prices, have gone waaay up not a little but alot alot, even tires $55 for an old tire with a steelie, batteries $$, all the parts are so high now might as well order new online. Overall pick n pull is corporate and found every way to take all the fun out of going to the car junk yard, discovering a good part at a decent price. Those days are gone, thanks pick n pull! Pick n pull you lost your way man, Gouging regular people, is gonna bite you in the a$$

Found this beautiful crashed car with the same color and model by year 2013 Chevrolet Malibu gray metallic flash ! Same color as mine! Same interior parts as mine but a little bit of creativity has to be done to be able to make it look like new! Ima take that bumper cut it and the right side where it’s wrecked and ima cut my old bumper which is trash and match it with the end I cut off this one and I will make it fit my car!! Gotta Love Pick N Pull. Pick N Pull always got something you need!

1. They don't pick up the phone, any questions you gotta be there in person. 2. $3 entry fees, have a sign a waiver on an ipad as well (per person). 3. You should ask the front desk what car you're looking for and they will print you a little receipt with the row number the car is at. (They don't know what's left on the car) 4. You need to bring your own tools and know how to work on cars, or at least how to pull parts off the car. 5. Most parts are cheap, tho some parts can be more expensive than online, if you include online shipping then the price here is not bad. So check your prices. 6. They have a lot of older cars, lesser new cars, and they might not have the car you're looking for or the part is taken off the car already. $3 for a try & sometimes you'll get lucky.

Search online before coming to see if they have what you need. Layout is well done but just make sure to sign the waviers inside before getting in line to enter the yard.
- RR S
They don't answer the phone. Go there and you will pay a $2 admission fee, ask the guy you pay which year car / part your looking for he will tell you which row or rows the car ia at. The row number is on a colored chalk on the window or the body of the car. Good Luck
- EEmmanuel Hernandez
If you are cheap, here is a place to be instead of going to AutoZone, PepBoyz, O'Reilly's,etc. You do need to bring $2 per person just to enter. From there a board with all the part cost is posted. Note: They check bags before and after.

Bad service, price is 4 times more than the store, and it's you who takes it out of the car, after hours of looking for one just like what you want. I regret buying it, I don't recommend it. Details, when I went back to see if the price was right, on the way out they laughed at me. New in store is $11.96 At pick-in-pull I paid $40.40.

They closed 30 minutes before closing hours. Not at all punctual! Prices are not cheap.
- AAlex Strachan
Most parts are fairly economical. Don't forget to bring some gloves, soap, and water, that way you can clean up in the parking lot. All of the cars are sitting on car rims so you can actually get underneath them, without too much difficulty.
- JJohnny M2
Any valuable old bmw from 87-02 gets stripped of all it’s value before ever hitting the lot for the public. I’ve encountered this multiple times by seeing a completed car in a photo then arriving before the doors even open and see the car totally stripped!! Something needs to done about this… it’s not fair.

Walked in to buy a $35 radiator on special(all rads $35). Found one I needed, brought it up to the front, and paid. All said and done about $60 after membership, core charge, etc. Fine. Whatever. I go to leave, and the lady st the front stops me and says the fans are separate and counts a double fan shroud as 2. Says I need to mangle the rad to take it off or pay another $20 per fan. Then started the unreasonable arguing. I'm not even out of the store yet and they're trying to upcharge me $40 for something they failed to point out or notice until I was almost gone. Why would I take the hit for their mistake? I just wanted my money back or let their mistake slide and let me walk. Pinning their own mistake on the customer? Goodbye business. After a lengthy argument where someone from an inside office had to come calm her down, I finally got my money back, and she said no less than 3 times I'm not welcome back. I found a bought a new one for $60 online in the parking lot. Why would I ever come back??

Bought today a shift solenoid and cost me $38+. Like a new parts! No way!! If they buy a whole car $100+ and selling parts like a gold. Second the entrance went up from $2 to $3. I will not go back to pick n pull no more. I rather buy from amazon, ebay or local auto parts instead. Bad business.
- LLisa Perkins

They close 3 hours early 03/07/2020. don’t sell/junk car here. Pure Garbage customer service. Donate car to Kars4Kids. Get tax reductions more money.
- MMo Ali
They refused entry at 525pm saying we close 30 entry 30 mins prior but we are short . Drove 1 hr but that’s so wrong promoting a closing sign of 6pm and don’t let entry at 525
- EEric Young
San Jose pick and pull drops more cars than any other yard by far. Location has concrete lanes that make it so easy to move parts around. Lots of parts pullers to help get parts that you need. Rob, Vanessa, Eliana and the rest of the staff are professional and very friendly.
- NNick Carbone
This Pick and Pull is just alright.... It's usually very busy and extra dirty for a junkyard, but they do sometimes have vehicles in stock that I need parts from. I would recommend their Newark location if you have the time to get out there, it is much cleaner, they have way more stock, and it's not crazy busy.
- JJoe Mirza
They are ripping you off air Mass meter I showed her the price it's only 40 bucks trying to charge me $65 plus tax these people are ripping off you pull. Parked out and they charge you arm and legs a very rip-off company I showed her local prices on a new part and she replied go buy from them very professional not even have a shame hiring people with no public experience and they wanted fight with you I would never walk here been going there for more than 20 years

Sharing my experience with this business. On August 13 12:00pm approximately. A young boy charged me $3 to my Wells Fargo card, they he told me that my card was declined and asked me to use a different card, I used a Apple Card and this time went through, I ask him for my receipt he asked why I need it most customers don’t take it, I asked just give it to me. When I pass to the yard I check my Wells Fargo app and I noticed that this boy charged me on both cards, I return to him and report the problem he denied, I asked him to call his manager and he denied at first, then he ending up calling his manager, the girl manager asked for my receipt (it was my Apple Card receipt), after a long investigation she give my Wells Fargo receipts and she denied the charge on both cards I asked for my Apple Card receipt the one I gave at first, she told that i didn’t give any receipt to her, I explain her that I give her at the beginning, she denies and get upset and ask me to leave or she will call his security guard, I ending up charged on my two cards and kicked out. Heads up

A very busy pick n pull, make sure you bring your physical receipt and not a photo

⚠️ WARNING: THIS LOCATION DOES NOT STAY OPEN UNTIL 6PM!!! THEY CLOSE EARLIER THAN IS POSTED. Upon the few times I've been there they've closed at 5PM, 5:11PM, and 5:30PM. So if you expect to be there a while, plan your day accordingly. I don't know who manages this place but they need to keep a set time for closing. Aside from that, this is a large place with a good size assortment of inventory, if you don't know how Pic-N-Pulls work make sure you look at the different locations rules or description. You physically go into the car lot and pull parts off the cars that are there. Most are cars that have been totalled or destroyed in some way. So make sure to bring a bag and assorted tools you may need to use depending on what you are looking for. Their online inventory is pretty much on point which is nice.
