Amazing experience! This yard is very polished and one of the cleanest, more professional Pick-N-Pulls I've been to. The inventory is great, with the website being accurate. They were very nice and understanding. Definitely a place I would recommend!

This place is horribly unprofessional. We booked a pick up of our Jeep but on the day of, nobody came. We called and it turned out that they had written down the wrong phone number. Fine, that happens. We told them that since we are moving abroad the next day, it's very urgent for us to get the car picked up. They promised to pick it up the next morning. Once again, nobody came. So we called and they said they couldn't see us on the pick up list of that day. With just a few hours left until we were LEAVING THE COUNTRY, my husband had to drive ten miles all the way over there and stand in line forever to finally get rid of the car!!!!!!

Great place for parts. Eazy in, easy out. Be sure to go online to see inventory list. Vanessa did a great job going over parts and prices. She also mentioned a loyalty program which I signed up for. Plenty of jeep grand Cherokee's.... Ron
