Bad service, price is 4 times more than the store, and it's you who takes it out of the car, after hours of looking for one just like what you want.I regret buying it, I don't recommend it.Details, when I went back to see if the price was right, on the way out they laughed at me.New in store is $11.96At pick-in-pull I paid $40.40.

Large pick & pull. Mostly late 90's & newer cars, they do have some older stuff. They had what I needed for my 91 Honda & I saw a fair amount of early 90's Honda & Toyota, hell they had 1 AE-92. The head has been take but the interior had plenty left to give& the body was in good shape.

A bunch of careless and disrespectful employees on the cashier and registration kiosks, they act as they own the place and they ignore published working closure hours of 5PM on published on both website and their door. They decided 4:30PM is close of business, ok it's not already 4:30 we are still 10 mins before 4:30. They will keep you circulating between employees till it is past 4:30..what a joke of business that disrespects their customers and ignore their own published working hours. You're employees wants to go home.. So modify the timing to suit them or state on your website that there's no working hours. It seems that im not the only one to face this, as many reviewers did and the business owner doesn't care.

My first pick n pull experience i have found their website to be pretty accurate. Their system in the store doesn’t seem up to date though. I asked the clerk for Ford Econoline and she told me on her end it wasn’t showing any. I went in anyways and found 3 in stock. I didn’t get the exact parts I wanted but I found a lot of odds and ends that I would need later. Very efficient and I’d come back.Would be better if they picked up the phone from time to time..:

⚠️ WARNING: THIS LOCATION DOES NOT STAY OPEN UNTIL 6PM!!! THEY CLOSE EARLIER THAN IS POSTED. Upon the few times I've been there they've closed at 5PM, 5:11PM, and 5:30PM. So if you expect to be there a while, plan your day accordingly. I don't know who manages this place but they need to keep a set time for closing. Aside from that, this is a large place with a good size assortment of inventory, if you don't know how Pic-N-Pulls work make sure you look at the different locations rules or description. You physically go into the car lot and pull parts off the cars that are there. Most are cars that have been totalled or destroyed in some way. So make sure to bring a bag and assorted tools you may need to use depending on what you are looking for. Their online inventory is pretty much on point which is nice.

They don't answer the phone. Go there and you will pay a $2 admission fee, ask the guy you pay which year car / part your looking for he will tell you which row or rows the car ia at. The row number is on a colored chalk on the window or the body of the car. Good Luck

Great place to go to find the parts in need. Please everyone understand that the lot closes a half hour before the store does. Never go anywhere before they close. Plan out your days accordingly

It is what it is... You pick, you pull, you pay. Cheap and easy, that is... If they got what your looking for. In my case- no! But that's the breaks. Still not bad for just a couple bucks.

It wasn’t really that bad, went to look for a piece for a Toyota Corolla and the cars were sorted pretty good, also very cheap for entry only 2 bucks

Most parts are fairly economical. Don't forget to bring some gloves, soap, and water, that way you can clean up in the parking lot. All of the cars are sitting on car rims so you can actually get underneath them, without too much difficulty.
