They took great care of me, juve made everything alright The price I was given for a part was suspiciously low but hey I went for it, 65$ so I drove an hour to pick it up, upon arrival they tried to say someone on their end made a mistake and were hesitant to give me the escalade brake light at the agreed price, I stayed calm with them, they stayed calm with me they talked amongst each other for a while and within a reasonable amount of time did the right thing. And gave it to me for agreed price no problems here happy customer on his way home, honestly one of the best deals I've ever got

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY SAID THEY HAD MY PART, I CLOCK OUT OF WORK, MAKE THE TRIP FROM MEDICAL CENTER, TO GET THERE AND THEY TAKE ME TO A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CAR THAN THE ONE I CALLED ABOUT. THEN COWARD WOULDN'T EVEN COME TELL ME HIMSELF, HE SENT SOMEBODY ELSE TO TELL ME THEY MADE A MISTAKE. NEVER APOLOGIZED OR TRIED TO HELP ME. THEY SUCK!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

The Staff was very helpful. One Staff member actually came outside to see exactly what we needed so I believe he went over and above what was expected of him. We did not want to buy a used part but for some reason we could not find the part at none of the Ford Dealers or any other Auto Parts.

The man who answered did answer by saying "Parts". I took the time to know the year, make, model, and part number I needed. He politely said they didn't have it, and referred me to a vendor who he believed had one. I said thank you, and he ended the call with "Have a great day Sir". Sounds like professional service if you know just what you need or can give enough information to quickly identify the requested part.

Bought a side view mirror from this guy, not even 10 minutes later I realized he sold me the wrong mirror. My truck has heated mirrors and this isn't a heated mirror. 10 minutes later I tried to return it. I had even cleaned it and made it look like brand new for him. He wouldn't refund me. Sometimes you should follow principle and good business morals with customers if you want to keep them coming back. Ended up buying a brand new one from O'Reilly for $5 cheaper than what he sold me this used one for. Won't be a return customer.

I ordered wrong engine. Jube took care of me. It was the first time I ordered from him and im from marshall it was a phone order. He stepped up and took care of me exchanged the motor and I r was a really good engine. Great customer service and good people here. Highly recommend

Poor service. Did not even take the time to look if they had my parts after calling them multiple times. Then drove to the store after looking online (showed 3 available) and calling for them to tell me they don’t have it.

Sold me wrong part then wouldn't give me money back but gave me credit towards a rim and I added another $20 then rim was not the right size. Out $40 only have a $20 store credit for who knows what. They charged me $20 for a light I bought new at O'reilly's for $22

I went there looking for a 17 inch spare for a 04 Dodge truck. They had it alright, and the guy was SUPER friendly until I did a double take on his price. $100 plus tax for a steel wheel and a new (but ten year old and dry) tire. I said kind of an "ouch" to his price, and he just turned and walked away without another word but a half hearted thank you as I was walking out the door. I went down the street to D.I.S. auto salvage, and they sold me the EXACT same wheel and tire for HALF the amount. $50!!

I had my antenna stolin off my window of my car so I thought I could get over the ordeal as cheap or as I say ... I am Frugal in these times so I went on the hunt for this type of antenna as I discovered the price at the dealership was not compliance with my standards of frugality. I said all that to say this..I got a near new antenna for 120.00 dollars less than what my insurance deductable would have been. But in all honesty it was hot and you best not wear your slacks!!!

I called to see how much they would offer for my car that sadly started giving me problems and they gave me the highest price in town yet. Also the guy Rod was awesome he has great cuatomer service and was very professional. So google with that being said..Rod is the go to guy. There was also a lady that helped me and she was just as nice and professional but i didnt get her name.. But i thankher for her help as well she was also awesome.

I called this place to ask if they had a part available. The person who answered the phone was already a sign that this phone call was going to be a negative experience. He answered with a rude tone and already seemed reluctant to answer our question but he did tell us he might have the cars with the parts we needed. We drove over to the yard and walked in the find to same man who answered my phone call at the front desk. This hispanic man with a buzz cut at the front desk was completely unprofessional, gave us attitude, was rude and took a personal phone call all while we were asking him for help. He made it seem as if we were inconveniencing his time SITTING at the front desk while we were there. Not sure why they would let the person with the most absolute worst customer service skills work the front desk. 1 star. Also, they had the part I needed, but I refused to do business with this man and I became too pissed to care.

Those guy sold me the wrong part and i went back the same day and won't give me my money back. They dont care about there customers. It was only a $20 part. I guess they need every pennie. Dont wise your time and money with those guys.....

These five star reviews are clearly from employees or relatives. The yard calls itself pick a part, says its self- service. But when you arrive you find that you can't pick your own parts at all. The selection is a mishmash, with a lot of pretty torn up vehicles. I didn't find anything I needed, and drove across town to get there. However, if you are looking for something old and hard to find like a weird Suzuki or something, and looking for a part that isn't likely to have rotted away by now, maybe you will be in luck. Appears they might be more useful for engines and related components.

Yeah, this place sucks. I called for a tire rim. The call was answered with a cherrie recorded voice saying "this call may be recorded for training"...yeah right. They obviously care nothing about how they answer the phone. An unnamed, very bored and overworked and under paid person then got on the line with the phrase... "parts..."...not Hello, Can I help You... I asked for the tire rim, the voice said he didn't have it. When I asked about a recommendation on finding a place, the phone was hung up without a further comment. This place sucks on customer service. All this despite the cheerie greeting. This place sucks.

Horrible! I called them 3 times Once about a Chrysler 300 And twice about a Ford F-150 The first time they told me to send pictures of the Chrysler and they would call me I did what they asked and they never called me The second time about the Ford, One of the workers asked me how much would I want I told him how much ever they could give me, he was acting dumb and said well you have to give me a price so to be petty back I told him 1200 and he said the manager had to call me back Well today I called again about a follow up on the Ford because AGAIN no one CALLED ME BACK and one of the guys kept talking over me and I couldn’t even get my statement out Overall this is a horrible place to try to do business Would never do this again.
