Service in person is great , but don’t ever order anything from them. Was in Florida family emergency, needed headlight assembly for my trailblazer and was buying new. Called today to see if they came in , guy says after me being on hold for half hour, they never ordered them. Now my truck is without lights . I’m glad there are other places that have them even if they are a little more expensive.

Tell you a part will be there in a day and order the wrong one and don't pay for shipping when they mess up so you end up waiting 4 days for what you ordered smh

Jeff is the best! I was traveling through and 8 hours from home. My check engine light came on. He helped me figure out what I needed to do and pointed me in the right direction to fix the problem! Great guys and very helpful!!

They don't follow through. You get the run around on the phone if you're lucky enough to get someone to answer. They'll tell you that they have to take the part off and gets your phone number. They assure you that they will call back, they never do. When you do get through to call them back, they act like no one has talked to you before and there's no paper work so the process repeats it self. I wish we had another dealer to go to. The people there don't even want your money.

First I would like to say this is my first review. Me and my husband went to a local garage and was told we needed a new water pump. After spending 450 with the garage we had the same problem. Then they told use we need two cylinder heads because it was ran hot. So now we are worried and called Powells Garage spoke with Jeff. So after the phone call my husband went to Powells and Jeff told him that was not the problem and told him he didnt wont to sell him something he did not need. My husband went home and followed the directions he was givien and we cant understand but the problem is fixed all because this shop that has been in business for 40 years cant burp a cooling sytem. We are so happy with the customer support from Jeff and Powells Garage he was so nice and if I could leave 10 stars I would. The truck is doing great and the irony of this is the shop told us to go there to get the price of the heads. My husband and I are so gratfull for the information we got and did not spend 1 dollar with them. Best customer service I have ever seen
