It was another successful trip to my local O’Reilly Auto Parts, “We” took a starter back this morning. They checked it and gave “us” another with no problem. “Our” patronage was welcomed, and I’m very much looking forward to doing future business with my local O’Reilly Auto Parts in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina!

Worst experience ever Mister Sam Watson call the police on me telling me that I was banned from the store I ran that store two years ago broke five record since that store has been opened walk the stage for sales over $1000000 left the company.Well today I went in to purchase some parts I was told that I was banned from the store that they would not sell to me after being told that I was banned from the store Mister Sam Watson proceeded to call the police on me I did not do anything wrong I did not raise my voice I did not get mad I did not get loud I helped a very professional Behavior after the after the Roanoke Rapids Police Department came they told me that if I returned back to that store that I will go to jail for trespassing. You can go back and look into all the comments that were made my name has been mentioned several times on Google for service and performance in the store towards customers I do not recommend anybody purchase from this company or from this store they do not take care of their employees they do not take care of their customer I have spent over $30,000 with this company for my warranties to be wiped worst company ever all parts that I have purchased have failed within a year

Customer Service with Ms Kim, and Sam has been Beyond the best⭐⭐⭐. I've experienced one other I'm not sure how to spell his name (Marques?). Very pleasant and helpful atmosphere.

Domingo was phenomenal! He went above and way beyond what I would’ve ever expected a stranger to do! He treated me as if I were family and not just a customer. That goes a long way, especially with me. He’s very humble about it as well which makes it even better and the recognition that much more warranted! I’m not a local but he made me a customer for life at this store if anything were to ever happen on another trip (hopefully not!)

Regardless of what I'm purchasing price wise the employees are always friendly and helpful. O'Reilly either hires people who are knowledgeable or they have a great training program. Never been disappointed with the service.
