Derrick It's a scam artist. I paid in full $3500 last November for a Cummins Engine and transmission, Now March 20th and he does not answer my calls or messages. AVOID dealing with these clowns. Contacting BBB and now.

If you want to sell junk used auto parts and tell your customers "your not in business to give people their money back" you should t be in business. Promise a hard working honest person that a transmission is perfect with a shift kit and neither statement is true, you sir are a horrible business owner. People do your research about this company before purchasing anything from this business. Make sure you understand it's a "junkyard" and he sells guaranteed junk and doesn't stand behind it. Bad business!!!

They towed my dads old truck there to junk it, and they wont return our calls to give us the money. We’ve been trying to contact them for 2 weeks, and when we drive by there when it’s supposed to be open it’s not. My fathers tools are still in the truck. We got robbed for a truck, and everything inside it. They sell cars out of there with fake receipts, and they don’t give you the money you deserve. Never would I come here again nor recommend it to anybody else.

This company is slowly working hard to get the place into the shape it once was. The owner works day and night to make the ends meet on all ends. You want to see some magic I watch him many of times restore things that people say can't be done. The parts sell at the same or less then the competition. All parts stay stored in the vehicles so they are safe and not damaged for weather or people. So with that in mind it takes some time to get the parts pulled. For one person doing it all I give him the very best respect and credit. He takes time from any kind of life to make this dream come true. His wife now works in the office after quitting her professional job to help relieve some off him so he can do better for his customers. Now it's a family run business. The kids are there helping out and learning the trade. So if any customers want to come in and complain remember the little ears near by. So my rate and review is a 5 because I've first hand know and have seen what it's like to work your butt off for pennies and the world wants to pay less. This place keeps fighting trough to succeed. If they don't have the parts you need they can get it. How many people take time out of there day to talk and educate you on your vehicle and tries everything to help before you leave..... privilege st used auto parts cares for us and values each person that walks trough the gate.... Happy used parts shopping.

Spoke to Chris... an educated, friendly female who even though unfortunately didn’t have the part I needed on hand, looked up and tracked down the part somewhere else. She did the research with me over the phone and educated me on interchangeable parts that I could use. Nothing but good vibes here!

when we say "good business" we talk about good "costumer service" providing the best service to any costumer no matter the race or language. These " bad business" has non of the above. For the fact that they are so IGNORANT to not know anything about Mechanic better yet have the correct piece for you. So ignorant to tell a customer that is disappointed that the problem was "Not knowing well the English" since when do a customer need too many words to ask for a simple piece. Here i am seating writing to you MR. BOB that your employee who SAW THE CAR for which i needed the piece for, ask us what piece did i needed and my mechanic my partner, spoke to her clearly enough using few words. (A Caliper for the driver side with the year and brand). To than find out after all the hard work done, that it was not the one we needed. It was the WRONG PIECE after all and then MR.Bob argue "THAT THE PROBLEM HERE WAS THAT WE DID NOT SPEAK WELL ENGLISH" So ignorant to be so dam racist for discriminating customers with ESl. What is curious is that if you care so much for your customers you do not say "IF YOU WANT YOU CAN FILE A COMPLAINT" that is how bad this Business is.

I recommend for no one to go to this place they say you have to pay full price of part up front and then they will “call” you when it’s out and you will go weeks without hearing a thing then they claim they can’t give you a refund even if they haven’t pulled the part yet .. also they write out fake receipts.. place is a joke you have to go as far as getting the police involved to get your money back do yourself a favor and drive right by this place!

Seemed like a nice guy, but after I purchased part and tested it when I got home to find out that it was bad he did not stand behind it at all as he had promised prior to purchasing.
