They were very kind, they took care of my car fairly quickly even though it seemed like they had quite a few vehicles to take care of, and they even offered me a ride to go where I needed so I wouldn’t have to wait there for my vehicle. I choose to wait and they came and got me from the waiting room and my car was set and ready to go. It’s really nice to have peace of mind out on the road especially being so cold right now, that my vehicle has been completely checked out and everything is good to go! Thank you guys! Service was great, I love the shuttle driver guy, but I left in tears after my service visit because the price was far greater than I was expecting. The service agent claims to have given me an estimate over the phone weeks prior when ordering the part during the diagnostic visit but I do NOT remember this ever being mentioned, I surely would have remembered a number that high as I would have NOT gotten the service performed if that price had been made clearer from the beginning. They tried to be accommodating by offering payment plans but that wasn't the issue, the issue was i was surpirsed by the price. Yes, this is partially my fault for not directly asking about the price prior to having the work done But having the quote plainly and directly stated especially in writing would have been MUCH better.

I forgot to write this review back when we bought a vehicle from this dealership. We purchased a 2011 impala from pucklich back in December of 2020, they were fair on negotiation and price and we were treated well during our time there. Almost two months after we purchased the car the abs and traction control light came on, I scheduled an appointment with their service department, dropped the vehicle off, and received a call later that day stating my vehicle was done and ready for pick up. I asked them how much the bill was and what was found wrong, they said it needed a new whee bearing and that they covered it since we just purchased the vehicle from them. This is the definition of taking care of customers. I will recommend this dealership and will most definitely purchase another vehicle in the future!!

We ordered a new 2021 2500 HD truck March 2021 and it was delayed until almost August 2021. I was referred to Phil by a coworker and it was the best decision I’ve ever made!He made buying my very first car from a dealer super easy and made sure I was comfortable with the entire experience. My daughter and I were super lucky to get to work with him and take our new car home!

Good customer service over the phone. But when I went to test drive the vehicle that I was looking at the salesmen did not disclose all of the issues with the vehicle. Just kept telling me about the cosmetic things. I only found out what was all wrong with the vehicle when I actually went to sign papers and the finance guy showed me the papers. There was way more wrong with the vehicle than the salesmen said. Felt like he was trying to take advantage of a female and acted like I was dumb. When I apologized for taking up their time he told me I would buy the vehicle. Very disappointed
