Kevin is a honest and professional person who stands behind his word.. I bought an engine from him and it runs like a too, unfortunately the transmission went out a week later. When I came back to get one to replace it he gave me a sweet deal on one. Unfortunately it didn't last, Kevin didn't hesitate to make it right. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

These guys are great to work with. I needed a transmission for a VW. Kevin is the associate that I was working with. I put a deposit on the transmission. The next day, he was pulling it out of the car. He went as far as pulling the transmission pan off to check things over. He found a decent amount of band dust on the magnets. He was very honest and called me to tell me about it and offered to refund me. I didn’t think it was an abnormal amount but I am very thankful for his honesty. They will get my business for a long time to come. Thank you Kevin for your stellar customer service.

My son called to inquire about a specific part, the guy was generally professional. When we decided to go with that option, my son called back to arrange to look at it. The worker was rude, but set a time to come view the part. I went with my son at the agreed time. Two men, sitting there with grumpy attitudes finally said the part wasn’t there yet. We came back a half and hour later and they had the part, but it was not the part that had been discussed on the phone. Wasted over an hour of driving to get there, and they don’t even have the decency to be personable. I wouldn’t go back there if they had new stuff for free.

They had what I needed but they must be hard up for cash because everything I asked about they tried to charge the same price as napa and these were parts that had no guarantee they would even work I'm guessing Jeremy Holder works there his review seems a little to complimentary for their halfassery
