Absolutely dishonest and worst shop in town. Went here because of the good reviews but I don't know who those people dealt with. They completely destroyed my tire pressure sensors and wheels and then tried to cover it up with some kind of glue that's now squishing out everywhere. I have been a mechanic for 25 years and never seen anything like this. I now know why it took 3 hrs to mount my tires. Unless you want your car destroyed, stay away of this place.

Doesn't even deserve half the star. Spent 900$ on some tires just too have our wheels gouged by the worker who scraped off the wheel weights. Owner said he would take care of it sent us to a shop who told us they had too be powder coated. When it came down too it he denied fixing them and would only pay half of what it costs to fix them and laughed in our faces. Very unprofessional, if they would have followed standard procedure and used the non abrasive plastic wheel weight scraper we wouldn't have had a problem In the first place.

Big shout out to R & L Tire & Auto for getting our sons car repaired on short notice on a Friday afternoon. He was traveling from Kansas City to Paris TX when his check oil light came on. Thank you for taking care of him!

Wouldn't even try to look at or discuss problem with vehicle, just left it to front desk girl who just said nonchalantly, we'll get to it in a few days.

They put a serpentine belt on my son's car wrong and it broke while he was on the turnpike! He was almost hit by a semi! They blamed the belt manufacturer but the mechanic who fixed the car behind them says they missed a groove or notch. I stop by again to see if someone can check my tire and the guy tells me he'll be out in a minute and never came. Seems good in the beginning but not so great after all.

These guys are great! I'm a stat driver for Hospice. Needless to say I put on a lot miles. When you drive for a living you need mechanical work but that you can rely on. I bring all my vehicles here. Passing through town and had the front end come loose. Put new tire rods in about an hour and were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Raphael and his folks. Thanks again Nilo!

The staff are always very nice and helpful and their work is very good. Have been a repeat customer for the past 2 years and don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.
