Worst experience ever dealing with this place. They shipped me a rusted non working abs pump with stripped and rusted threads… we tried to make it work to no avail. When I returned the pump and the abs module they said it was not their part so they would not do a refund. I called the mechanic and went to see the old part still at the shop. Our mistake he had sent my pump with their module. So I spent another $40 to send their pump back…..they still said it wasn’t their pump even though it had the engraved initials on the bottom. So no refund. They kept my pump never offering to send it back. Did I mention I paid Quality Auto Parts out of Texas $350 for this part. R&R is their vendor. They said they would not be using them in future. I called LKQ out of California and paid $74 for the same part which also did not work but it’s probably just that they don’t make these anymore and all vehicles I see in yards are not wrecked so were sent to junk yards due to mechanical issues probably failed braking systems. It’s now my mission to spread the word about these places on every forum I can find so no one else gets taken. Would love to find out how many customers returns parts that they say are not their parts. Quality Auto parts did refund me $240 out of the $350 but I still had to pay $80 in return shipping of the parts.

I use R & R on a regular basis and every single time I’m there they nail the customer service and quality of parts. It’s quick, efficient, and local which makes our jobs a lot easier. Best auto salvage source in the Litchfield-Hutchinson Area!

I went here to turn in some number one copper and they were going to give me $3 a pound where everywhere else around us is giving 365 lb I'd say they're screwing us

Very pleased with the service Beth provided. Unlike many yards, they had my part, the cost with shipping was very reasonable, and I had it the next day! I do wish they would add a better payment system like PayPal, etc. rather than a fax machine authorization. Still I would call them again.

Good parts, decent service.I've purchased a couple parts from them and they all worked great (so far).Decently cheap, I think everything I have purchased from them was $25. From Starter, to a ignition switch. For the most part they are friendly, sometimes they are not so people friendly but for the most part decent. I would recommend this place compared to other salvage/junkyard places around.

Very disappointed in the advertising. On line says one price. We drop off aprox 335 pounds of crushed pop cans. Overall check was not what it should have been per on line. When asked they said they are unable to change what it says online for prices and you need to call first. That’s false advertising.... had we not already dropped off everything we would not have left it there. Again very disappointing. This is a heads up for all dropping stuff off there.

Excellent Prices, Excellent Service!I found an alternator for my Geo Storm at R and R Auto and the price was surprisingly cost effective! (That's from my high school friends. Cost effective was our fancy way of saying cheap.) But the yard is exactly 72 miles away.I called and the clerk was super helpful. He said he would mail the alternator to me for only 10 dollars. I was surprised because an alternator is a heavy part. I asked him if the alternator might be bad. He said, "We don't put them on the shelf if they're bad." That was encouraging. The package arrived the next day. Installing the thing was a real bear, but at least the weather was nice. The Storm started the first time and the alternator is working fine.Downside:The only downside is if a part is bad, you can't get your money back. You can only get a replacement or a credit, but at least the clerk was up front about that. From the few junk yards I'm familiar with, they're all like that.Avoid:The junk yard to avoid is Ace Auto Parts in Saint Paul. I bought a starter there and it only lasted 4 days. When I bought the starter, the clerk said I could get a refund if it died. But he flat out lied. Plus their clerks are rude and the customer service is dismal. They should go out of business.

Great customer service. They had the part I needed on the self and even worked with me on the price because I was a few dollars short. I will definitely come back.

Loved them until they closed Saturday. Most people don't work on the weekend, so that's the day most people would haul stuff in. Other than that they were awesome!

Absolutely awesome people and prices! They shipped me a driveshaft for a dodge ram 2500 to new York. It was probably the cheapest price in the country.
