Absolutely incredible people great people always have the parts I needed and great prices always beat the competition I would recommend them to everyone I know

Been calling for 2 hours and no one picks up or it says “caller busy” I figured 30 minutes later I’d get someone but I guess not

I called on a part, they had it and were cheaper and friendlier than most salvage yards I've been in. So I am back today to get more parts. Despite the bad reviews I've seen posted.. when I came in one of the owners here were trying to help a stranger get his license back from DMV. So I see these people as good American people with a heart. I travel over an hour away to get parts. IT'S WORTH IT ALL THE WAY!

This company is dishonest. They quoted me a price for a junk car, then when the driver arrived he would only pay me $25 less than the quoted price. The driver did not want to hear anything about it. I will never use this company again nor encourage anyone else to use them. Totally dishonest practice.

ray salvage is a wonderful place to get the used parts you need not only do they have low prices but they have great customer service. from getting the used parts you need to selling them a car they have amazing tow services available and u get the best price for selling your used or unwanted car.they also have amazing prices for turning in your scraps (copper,steel ext...) i love them over there there simply amazing friendly people and i would not want to go no where else to get my parts or to sell a unwanted car.

Ive never used this company before but i was driving on wilson avenue and get half way by one of there trucks and one of there drivers randomly pulls out on me, clearly wasnt looking where he was going and almost hits me driving with my 2 children in the backseat!!! If i didnt lay on my horn he would have hit me. He stopped for a second then decided to just keep going. Clearly company's that have or need drivers for the job need to look way further into there experience with driving a truck like that! Complete idiots!!

I was having a problem with my air conditioner in my car I need a ac compressor I called jacks in Troy nothing I called advance auto $250 new I called Jerry Browns $184. shipping 2 day thing an $25 warranty an then I called Ray's Salvage the lady on the phone was so nice an understanding I told her the problem she said she had that part . I had my mother in law up up my part the next day . an guess now I have air conditioning in the car

Quoted me $350.00 over the phone for an E350 Ambulette Van (really heavy!!) for scrap. Their driver didn't show on first appointment - (no call). When I called, they told me he was sick - so we rescheduled for two weeks later. Once driver put it on the flatbed, he handed me a pre-written check for $250!! I questioned the driver, then called the office the following business day. Their answer?..."Sorry, can't help you right now" (read - 'ever'). Attributed the lower $ amount to fluctuating scrap prices (by 30%??), but contradicted themselves when they said they don't know how much it weighed!!USE THEM ONLY IF YOU ENJOY GETTING RIPPED OFF!!

Bought a part for $150 and it was garbage had to order all new parts and they still wouldn’t give me my money back, when I tryed to explain I was told it was broken. Will not get anything from them again 🤬

Total waste of time!!! Dont bother!This is the second time I drove from Albany to their yard when they tell me they have the part and they don't. Dont waste your time with them they dont know what they are doing. Today was the second time and when I told the owner they have one in a other car she wasnt willing to take the door panel off for it.
