Buying a new car has been extremely challenging recently. Thanks to George I was able to purchase a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT in grabber blue! He was able to work out the details with me over the phone while I was away on a work trip. Craig also got me a great interest rate on my financing! I am so grateful that they were willing to work with me around my crazy flight attendant schedule. My husband and I traded in our car last week. The whole process took 3-4hrs and so many miss communications from the salesman and finance guy. Less than a week later the new car is having issues and we take it in to be checked out. On the plus side they did push us to the top of the list since we had just purchased this car less than a week before. I waited for my car to be diagnosed for 1 1/2 hrs for them to tell me that nothing was wrong at the moment and that there was nothing they could do. I was not comfortable keeping a car with a "mystery" problem so I talked to the salesman who was not very eager to help me. After another 2hrs of waiting for the salesman to bring me the information on trading this new car. He came back with a horrible deal and was not willing to work out any kind of deal on a new car. The salesman even told me that the problem with my car was "user error".I do not recommend Ray Schultens. They do not care about you after the sale.I will be going back to the Oregon city dealership where we purchased our first car before I return to Ray Schultens.

Amazing service! The team at Ray Schulten Motors were quick to give my insurance an estimate to fix my truck after it was in a hit and run. My truck looks brand new! Definitely recommend!

Didn't much appreciate the lecture about how our vehicle part has been "in for awhile; a week, I believe they said. Well then maybe you need to readjust your service department hours. Some people do still work and are unable to get to your business in a timely manner according to the employee working on this day. Also "your" service department should look into a more sufficient and timely manner instead of making your customers wait. It was probably at least a half hour time frame to pick up the parts that were ordered for my vehicle. If given a choice in the matter again, I will be ordering from another dealership.

I'm internet shopping for a new truck. Schultens Ford came up with a truck that I wanted to see. I went to the dealer and the truck was there, but someone got there just minutes before me and they bought it. Okay, it can happen. But the advertised truck was there, on their lot, for real. Other dealers will advertise vehicles that have been sold and gone for days, many days, but still the advertisement continues showing the vehicle is available, profound false advertising. When a vehicle is sold and gone, then take down the 'available' aspect, remove it from the search. The internet is the speed of light, and absolutely no reason for sold vehicles to still show up (for days-weeks) in the search engine. Schultens Ford has my respect, several other local dealers do not, in fact they are now on my black list for life.

Ray Schultens has a friendly staff. I have nothing but good to say about the salesman, George. My experience here could have been better but what can I expect, it's a car dealership.

When I was working at this dealership for a year as the only female manager, the owner told his employee of ten years that if he didn’t sell a car he wouldn’t feed his children. Don’t buy a car here they won’t take care of you after the sale. They are watching Fox News around the clock brainwashing their employees.

Purchased a 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty from Ray Schultens Motors yesterday 11/26/2021. Worked with Arianne Walker in internet sales. The buying process and Arianne made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. The professional approach and customer service was spectacular. I will definitely make this my go to dealership for future purchases. I encourage anyone to reach out to Arianne if looking for a car.

The overall service experience was exceptional, as I would expect from a Ford Service Center. The only negative I have with them is in regards, to a recall notice I had received for potential issue(s) with the backup camera. Upon arrival I asked if that could be taken care of while I was there. I was told parts were on order and that would have to be done later. I was fine with that. However, when I cashed out, there was no follow up to set an appointment to come back. I would expect that a recall notice would raise a red flag and give some sense of urgency.

I have purchased a new car and a used car from Ray Schultens in the past year and I am totally impressed. I have not been pressured once. They give me the time to make up my mind. I picked up the phone and asked the sales manager what he had on the lot that would fit my needs. He picked three different cars gave me a honest price and had the cars lined up and waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. They even washed my personal car while I was deciding on the others.Cody the sales person visited with us and treated us as friends. There was one item that needed to be fixed on the used Lincoln MXK that was purchased and it didn't cost us a dime. The cost of the parts and service came out of Ray Schultens budget.I have dealt with service in the Nissan Department since 2014 and have been extremely pleased. I am located outside of The Dalles and the service manager always makes sure that I have a loaner car to get all my errands done while I am waiting.I walk into Ray Schultens and I truly feel like a friend of the family....they don't holler "NORM" but it is darned close. ;)
