First off I’d like to say excellent service . Wife and here friends decided go on a road trip with the new truck , they get a flat tire away from home it’s the most nerve-racking situation that can happen. Being over two hours away there’s literally nothing I can do. We haven’t even had time to really look and see if the truck actually had spare tire tools.Next level towing was dispatched through our insurance company for roadside assistance. Not only did they make it to my wife in less than 30 minutes, but the driver was kind enough to change the tire out and instruct my wife on how to properly change the tire next time. Thanks guys for looking out

Very professional and quick got towed from Moisor to the dalles and not sure if this is common didn't have to pay out of pocket. I just showed him my insurance information and that's it. So that was nice

I guess the limit for "No Limit" towing is scheduling a couple days in advance. Said he would try to pick up Tuesday evening if Wednesday didn't work. Didn't call or show to either. Funny how businesses can no call no show all they want but as soon as an employee does it they are terminated.

My insurance called this company for my repair on a tire. When I didn't return their call immediately, they called my insurance, said I wasn't at the location and said the insurance cancelled the call. I called my insurance back and they said THEY did not cancel the call. So these people are not telling the truth and will never get any of my or my company's business. (We have ALOT of vehicles)So, if I was broken down on the side of the road and I didn't answer my phone because I was working on the vehicle, I would never get any help? Wow, their no answer policy sounds pretty stupid when you think about it that way.Apparently, 'No Limit' is Very Limited.Glad they didn't show.By the way....I don't have Allstate, So...you are still.... FULL OF SH@#%&!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Called for a tow at 11:00 this morning through my insurance co. The insurance co. said they would be here in 45 minutes. By 2:00 I grabbed my phone to find out what was taking so long to find the driver had called and wouldn't come get me until I called them back. I live in an area with limited cell coverage. The person I spoke to on the phone said there were a couple of tows before me and he would be here a bit after. By 4:00, I still had not heard from them. I called and they said that they still had LOTS of people to get to before they get to me. I was trying to get my car to the service department before they closed and if they had come when they said, I probably would have had my car back today. As it is, I have missed a day of work to sit around waiting for them to come to end up them refusing to come get my car. Bad business!!!

Micah was friendly, professional, and super helpful. We accidentally locked our keys in our car and he responded quickly and helped us out.

I had a Flat tire and needed assistance and Micah from no limit towing came out and brought my co worker and I to work and took care of my insurance and the towing policy on my insurance and towed my car to Les Schwab, I will use this company again for sure. Awesome Job and thank you so much.

Great service. Owner was extremely helpful and great to deal with. Service truck arrived quickly and took me to an auto shop without issue.

Micah ived sooner than expected, it was a Saturday so the shop he towed me too was closed, so he recommended a restaurant for me to wait for my ride to pick me up.
