These folks work hard and are very courteous! In town they even help you through traffic! At my home they secure the can lid so it doesn’t blow down the alley. The recycling bin is always placed when I left it. Office staff has always been very helpful with questions on scheduling, payments and recycling items! Thank you for your service!

Customer service is very courteous when on the phone or email, but the the rules are unclear and seem arbitrary. They do not provide a container smaller than 90 gallons, and the website doesn't tell you their requirements.Hey Dalles Disposal Service: Either provide your own smaller containers, or make it very clear what containers are acceptable on your website. Since you aren't doing either, it isn't your customers fault when they don't use a container you don't like.Services: Trash removal & disposal, Waste recycling, Yard debris removal

My mother is disabled and can’t move the regular garbage cans. They haven’t taken garbage in two weeks because we don’t have the correct garbage cans. They are 32 gallons but the only issue is there isn’t a removable lid. Service: House & garage cleanouts

I have had issues with this company in the past. I chalked it up to driver bad days.. it happens to us all. I then applied to one of their driver jobs and was contacted by the head recruiter Ashley. I responded to her txt and had to txt her a couple times to get her to respond again. We then set up a time for her to call me for an initial interview. I was ready and waiting for her call, which never came. I called their office to see if they were in fact hiring and was told that they don't handle the hiring process and would just have to wait for a recruiter. After all the experiences with this company, both professionally and as a customer, I am not impressed with these guys at all. Horrible service, horrible customer service, and very flakey team overall.
