I work for Lancaster Auto Body in Lancaster, WI...we ordered a rear bumper priced at $585 from these guys. Part was mistakenly shipped to Iowa before we received it a week later. When it finally arrived, it was damaged. We took pictures right away and sent them to Remington so they were aware of the damage. We returned the entire bumper to them expecting a full refund but was only credited $385 instead of $585. This transaction for the $385 credit took place Aug. 15, 2021. My boss Dave talked to Kristian about the money we were shorted and he reassured us we would get a full refund. We followed up with copies of the original invoices and several messages to no avail. I've attempted to contact Bob Remington by email several times and he hasn't even acknowledged receiving them. This is now 7 months later and still nothing....mmmmm

*edit. Im sure hes amazing to you, he makes you sales. To the customer not so much. This isn't the first time ive had a issue with him. He tomd me previously youd hace my parts ready for me as they were on a pallet on a shelf then i had to wait until Monday because the guy in the yard wanted to go home. Even though i was told theyd be ready. Ill be telling everyone i know to avoid doing business with you.I've called and dealt with Christian a few times now and it's been nothing but a headache each time. I needed 1 electrical connector to get a vehicle off my lift so it doesn't sit there all weekend. He's telling in 4 hours time he can't have anyone make 1 cut with wire cutters and get me the electrical connector he wants 50 dollars for. I've worked in this industry before and he is terrible at his job. Will not be going here for anything anymore ill either go to Conrad's or get it online

Bought 4 separate body parts for a new Cadillac from these guys. Close to $500 bill. All four parts were trash. They stated it was insurance quality, Grade A. Complete liars, who don't care about their customers. Horrible work ethic. If you don't know how to remove simple parts from a car, please; quit your job.If I could go lower than 1 star, I definitely would.

My spindle was supposed to be to my house within three days.. over two weeks of calling/asking/calling/asking later, the wrong part shows up.. "Oh sorry".. not efficient, if you need your part anytime soon, I would not recommend these guys.

Remington auto salvage is the ONLY place I would trust to buy parts from in the Chippewa Valley. Dustin was my sales associate and went above and beyond in customer service to help me. They delivered my engine safely, quickly and it was a free.There was a small concern about the 2007 Lincoln MkX engine but the owner Bob called me and the shop owner where my vehicle was and took care of everything over and beyond the kind of service you see these days. I was actually amazed to be treated with so much care as a customer and a satisfied one at that. These are upstanding people and the employees are great. Totally happy with my purchase and the engine was in great condition, very clean and thoroughly vetted. Can't thank you guys enough!

This place is a joke. Horrible prices for beat up parts. Most of the stuff you can buy new for cheaper. Definitely not the condition they claim. Guy who runs the phone should also be fired. Extremely rude.

As a former employee and a current customer. I can say Kristian and Tony are the best to deal with!! My current job doesn’t leave me too much talk on the phone time. They are very easy to get through to via email!!! Been spreading the word and bringing more people to their front door too. Will always and definitely continue doing business with!! Thanks guys

Helpful group. Had what I needed. Only receiving 4 stars bc I think they forgot to process my order and I had to call back a couple days later and ask what the status was. Price was same as was on Amazon.

Greatest service I've had in a long time. Family oriented , they knew I was looking for a motor for my 2001 Toyota Camry for months , they got right on it. Remington found what I was looking for in price and quality and im extremely pleased. I would truly recommend this salvage to other friends and family, if they don't have the part they will request what you need they have a wide range of auto companies they work with.
