These guys offered the best price for our junk van! They were super responsive and easy to communicate with. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing used parts or interested in junking an old vehicle.

Absolutely the worst place to buy used auto parts in Minnesota. I was sold a hub assembly with bad wheel bearing. The lady is very rude. I will never recommend buying used parts from this place. Garbage!!!!

Had my part. Didnt have my part. (Charged me for it) Had my part again. Completely rude with an attitude through out. Ended up not taking the part because it was so corroded. Could literally buy the part brand new online with a 2 year warranty at the same price. Update: When I originally ordered the part I paid by credit card for 53.69 but when my card was credited a refund it was only for 50 bucks. Clearly they were trying to get one over on me for a petty $3.69 cent which I'm disputing. Lol. Nevermind The whole process with this place cost me a weekend without a vehicle. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Recently bought a used engine for my Rav4 from Susie at Rite away. She took the time to bring me back and show me the engine, which I thought was pretty out of the ordinary. They even delivered the engine to the mechanic for me ( happened to be just down the road). After a botched install by the mechanic, and blaming Rite Away for a bad engine, Susie insisted the engine was in great shape and offered to pull the engine and check for leaks. They found the leak, caused by the mechanic and replaced the rear main seal. 4,000 miles later and it’s still running excellent. I am beyond words impressed with the level of customer service I was given and will be a long time customer! Great People, fair pricing!

The owners are an absolute Pleasant couple!! They are very knowledgeable and patient to help meet your needs. Oddly enough I even bought a vehicle there and the service was absolutely phenomenal. I will definitely be going there for all of my Autopart needs. They are polite and have a heartwarming atmosphere. The only shame is people were rude enough to vandalize their property and these people do not deserve that kind of treatment

I called Rite Away a couple weeks ago to find out if they had a sub frame for my Subaru, and spoke to a very helpful and friendly woman, who assured me they had a few on hand, and quoted me a price over the phone. I drove 4 hours to pick up the part; Jesse drove me out in the yard to take a look at a few vehicles, giving me the pick regarding which was in the best shape. I waited maybe 5 or 10 minutes in the office while the car was brought up, and the sub frame unbolted. They even loaded it carefully into my vehicle. Suzie rang me up and honored the price I was quoted over the phone. I was pleasantly surprised with this business; family owned, helpful employees, comfortable and clean building, very professional. They even offered to ship any further parts I may need, and to provide photos so I would know exactly what I would be getting. I will definitely be returning whenever I need salvage parts. I just wish they weren't so far from where I live!

When I called I talked to a very polite lady but when I had them pull a part, I waited 4 and a half hours for a phone call back and never received one. I had to call back and see what was going on and then I get told the car that they were going to pull parts from was gone and they had to find another one. As a first time customer, that is a very bad way to treat first time customers. I would not recommend any new customers to go to this place.

Fantastic 2nd hand auto parts yard. Prices are really reasonable and parts have been pull from cars really quick while I waited. Ordered parts are on tables in the business for you to pick up and go if they were paid for beforehand. Super quick and convenient. It's quickly become one of my favorite junkyards!

Within a few minutes they were able to find the specific wire harness I needed for my Chrysler 200 S. A little pricey but it was still a fraction of the cost of the dealership.

This place is not what it use to be, ordered a support took 24hrs to pull came in to pickup the part to find it broken, they did not mention this prior to telling me its ready until I inspected it myself, than I find out the puller knew it was damaged. They pretty much tried to sell a broken part with out telling me about it and worst part is would not move on price EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DAMAGED!

Called for a bracket for an ABS sensor. The person that answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. Yes I'm sure we have one, come on out and pull it. This is common for a junk yard to say, so I thought nothing of it. The next day I sent someone to get that part, and possibly another one. He walked in and said he was looking for this (holding the broken part) part for this car. Not knowing the exact year. The person behind the counter was extremely rude to the point that the person I sent walked outside to step away. I asked him to walk back in and explain or just have me explain we had called the day before. The person was rude over the phone too! Although he finally did allow my guy to go into the yard for the part. Seems to me when you are parting out a car, every part is money. Sell what people need and if you have a policy, make sure EVERY employee knows it. I also wouldn't recommend trying to be different from every other yard out there. You aren't the only one. By this experience, I don't think myself, the employee I sent, or this business will be doing business with this company again. It's to bad, we purchase quite a few things from yards in the area.

1st time going needed a motor and regulator for mar car window got it home and installed it yup window still not working. Now I would hope it was tested before they sold it to me but the part was pulled b4 I was called but it makes no noise like it's even trying to work so??
