Used towing through USAA. ETA said it would be about an hour. Driver (Jamie) was here in about 20 minutes. He had the vehicle hooked up faster than I’ve seen anywhere else (unfortunately I’ve had quite a few rows). Quick service, professional and polite. Service: Car towing

I cannot express my gratitude. Bob’s Towing and Recovery was there when I needed them most. I was traveling alone when my tire went flat in the middle of a dangerous curve off I-10 just outside Weimer, Texas. I pulled over with not much median to buffer me, as I coordinated help but was terrified that I would be hit as traffic whizzed by at 80 mph. My insurance company said Dan’s towing, would be there in an hour and a half! I have to give a shout out to them because they were nice enough to refer me to Bob’s Towing who could be there much faster. I was shaken when I called Bob’s due to the precarious situation I was in. They were so kind and understanding and said they would have someone out in 10 minutes. The minute Zach arrived, he put me at ease. He stepped out of his truck with a warm smile on his face, reassuring me that I would be OK. I got in the truck and then he loaded my car up onto the trailer. His demeanor made me feel very protected and safe. He then drove me to a tire shop in Weimer and coordinated everything. He was an angel when I really needed help. They accepted my tow job through my insurance company at 9 pm, and 15 hours after accepting the job (noon the next day) postponed it for another hour. Then postponed it for 3 more hours. I called them at 2 and talked with them to verify the tow was stilling coming and they said now it wouldn’t be till after 5, which would be at least 20 hours after the initial call. Then they send a text saying they are not doing the job at 4:30 so almost 20 hours later . Zero customer service. Who cancels a job after talking to the customer and doesn’t have the decency to call them? Horrible service! Would not recommend!Service: Car towing

Bob towing is more like Bob not showing up. They took the bit from my insurance company around 9am from a city 30mins away. They showed up at 4pm upset that I called them multiple times confirm if someone is coming. They charged $300 to haul the car 17 miles. Service: Long distance hauling

Nick was great to work with when my truck broke down and needed to be towed to a shop. Showed up on time and I really liked that he respected my vehicle and took the time and care to tow it carefully as I was a little nervous to have my truck towed. I would highly recommend Bob’s towing!

Charged 150 for a 1 mile tow to becker collision and the guy "forgot" the winch fee, that was another 150. Guy even said he passed me while I was in the ditch before calling. "Great" service.

The address on the internet takes you to a random back woods house with a big shed, I called the number on the internet for the "company" and he said that's the address for their new location, but they are not there yet. Turns out they don't have an actual office, just a guy driving around in a tow truck and they rent a small dirt lot with a gate and if you want your car out you need to wait five days and hopefully they show up with the keys. I'd never ever call for service from this hack job service
