Used towing through USAA. ETA said it would be about an hour. Driver (Jamie) was here in about 20 minutes. He had the vehicle hooked up faster than I’ve seen anywhere else (unfortunately I’ve had quite a few rows). Quick service, professional and polite. Service: Car towing

I cannot express my gratitude. Bob’s Towing and Recovery was there when I needed them most. I was traveling alone when my tire went flat in the middle of a dangerous curve off I-10 just outside Weimer, Texas. I pulled over with not much median to buffer me, as I coordinated help but was terrified that I would be hit as traffic whizzed by at 80 mph. My insurance company said Dan’s towing, would be there in an hour and a half! I have to give a shout out to them because they were nice enough to refer me to Bob’s Towing who could be there much faster. I was shaken when I called Bob’s due to the precarious situation I was in. They were so kind and understanding and said they would have someone out in 10 minutes. The minute Zach arrived, he put me at ease. He stepped out of his truck with a warm smile on his face, reassuring me that I would be OK. I got in the truck and then he loaded my car up onto the trailer. His demeanor made me feel very protected and safe. He then drove me to a tire shop in Weimer and coordinated everything. He was an angel when I really needed help. I am beyond grateful to Bob’s towing - professional, helpful, courteous, kind, prompt and trustworthy.Service: Car towing
