We called yesterday and confirm to pick up part from different wrecking Yard so we drive from San Diego to ours to get the part and when I got to that reckon yard the person he took all my information and then he said I'm sorry we don't have the part and then I called my shop and they told me go to right away right away to get your glass so it was not too far from there and I went to office ask a lady her name Diane she was very cool and it was so amazing that the employee he went inside and got me the whole vehicle lifted and bring it to me and he said this is the one that said yes he started work on it it's really really great I am so happy they deserve five stars absolutely and the lady she was wonderful too I would recommend this place to everyone who I know if he wants part from this area

I had high hope for this place, because of the customer care on the phone and reviews. I originally reached out because it said online they that had a certain car part that I desperately need. I called and was told that they definitely had this part and that I could come pick it up the next day. Well, that day is today- I drove 2 1/2 hours both ways from LA just to be told that they couldn’t find it, even after they assured me that they did. They told me the business next door would have it. I had to call, standing outside because the business next door didn’t have a customer office and after talking for a while, discovered they too did not have it. Not to mention, it is 95 degrees today. I am very disappointed in my experience.
