We called yesterday and confirm to pick up part from different wrecking Yard so we drive from San Diego to ours to get the part and when I got to that reckon yard the person he took all my information and then he said I'm sorry we don't have the part and then I called my shop and they told me go to right away right away to get your glass so it was not too far from there and I went to office ask a lady her name Diane she was very cool and it was so amazing that the employee he went inside and got me the whole vehicle lifted and bring it to me and he said this is the one that said yes he started work on it it's really really great I am so happy they deserve five stars absolutely and the lady she was wonderful too I would recommend this place to everyone who I know if he wants part from this area

I had high hope for this place, because of the customer care on the phone and reviews. I originally reached out because it said online they that had a certain car part that I desperately need. I called and was told that they definitely had this part and that I could come pick it up the next day. Well, that day is today- I drove 2 1/2 hours both ways from LA just to be told that they couldn’t find it, even after they assured me that they did. They told me the business next door would have it. I had to call, standing outside because the business next door didn’t have a customer office and after talking for a while, discovered they too did not have it. Not to mention, it is 95 degrees today. I am very disappointed in my experience.

I called around asking for price on a headlight for a 2001 honda odyssey I was getting prices of $75-$150 around this location,there was another place that gave me the same price of $50 but they didn't have it in stock I had to order it, but here they had it in Stock looks in good condition and it was $50 flat. Diane was very professional and quick to help me.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called twice from lkq to check prices on the same part that I needed urgently and asked to speak to the owner so I can get a better price- but the person at the counter here-Diane started to act very rude and belittle me! She tells me why I'm playing games and "you're a rookie, you must be new at this."I am calling business to business to get pricing and they treat me like this?I urge the owner to hire someone who is friendlier to bring in more Business, thats what I wanted to do until I spoke with her!!

there are five buildings on site for this company. I was confused which one to go behind for my wheel I checked was in stock online. 20 mins later..walked out with a savings of $120 on the last wheel that the dealer would've charged an arm and a leg for since nobody else had it! worth checking out for hard to finds.

Called to order a motor and was treated with hostility and a mouthy employee telling me that i cant buy a motor because of the application. Even told him I didnt want a warranty. Just want the motor. Way to lose a sale. Next time just sell me what I WANT. Dont worry about why or what i am putting the motor in. JUST SELL WHAT PEOPLE WANT.

UNREAL THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! LEO.......IM SURPRISED YOUR EMPLOYEDI was in Palm Spring for vacation, my transmission went out on my truck. I called around found one at "Riteway Auto" for $750 out the door, and they would deliver! So I was stoked I didnt have to trailer it back to SD and have to rent a special trailer (Raptor, super wide). I spoke with "Leo" from there, he promised me it would be to the shop at noon. I had the mechanic drop my tranny and prepare for the new transmission. It is now 4:30pm and I get a call from the mechanic asking about the tranny.....I called and talked to "Leo" and he said his driver is stuck in Palmdale and the transmission should be delivered tomorrow at noon.....The truck needs to be in San Felipe Mexico for the Baja250....I paid the mechanic in cash extra to have it ready by then. Leo hung up on me....then when i called back he said in broken english "look if your unhappy I cancel the order." And on top of it they charged me $810, not the $750 promised by this prick! I have yet to see how well the transmission works, they offer a "90 day" guarentee" we will see how that works. Will NEVER use their services again!!!! BEWARE!!!
