I needed a fuse box for a 07 saturn, and had already been burned by another salvage yard selling me a fusebox for the wrong engine. I called on Saturday, they said they'd have it for me Monday. I went and picked it up today. It was the correct part and seems to be in good condition. I will definitely use them again in the future.

BEWARE. this owner is a rude and VERY aggressive man. he does not go by his own return policy and will refuse to refund you for no reason. if you go here, bring a friend with you and be safe. try to take pictures of your receipts before showing up also. i would recommend another business.

A friend of mine was treated horribly and and came home crying when she was told one thing and then another when she got there to pick up her part. She was mistreated talked to horribly and cussed at. Front man called her a liar!! If this is the way they treat young women I don't want any part of it. I would never recommend this place to anyone they do not do what they tell you they are going to do and they don't care how far you drove to pick up the parts. Totally unprofessional in every sense of the word!!!!

Called the day before and said I would be in to buy a part, drive 90 miles for them to put me on a long waiting list for a part that only requires removing screws to take off. These guys have plenty of costumers, they don't need any more!!!

I've always had a great experience from this place. I would give them 4 stars, just because they take a while to pull your parts sometimes, but they've really been good to me on a customer support level.Read the rules ahead of time, and don't buy if you don't agree to the terms they clearly lay out for you. If that's how you approach Riverside, you'll get a lot of years of good service and parts at a great price.

Unprofessional. Drove a long distance to have to wait for a part they said was on the shelf. Will write more when I test the part out.

Bad attitude , not good service.they don’t care if you come from far away to pick up a part you called in about.they just don’t have the time to remove it when you stop by to pick it up.

Do not recommend buying used engines from them. Bought a 5.7 Chevy for a 1000 dollars and had to use parts off my old engine because it's had so much sludge build up, on on top of buying all new gaskets. Guy who works the front desk argued with me saying the engine did not look like it was installed. Poor customer service and will not be coming back or recommend anyone to them.

I gave them 1 star only because it wouldn't recognize 0 stars. Extremely rude, un professional, useless, I can't stress enough how much I will never darken their doors again, and would encourage others to avoid doing business with them at all. A total waste of time.

Parts in a pinch. Needed a side mirror replacement for my Crown Victoria and they sure did a better job than O'Reillys with locating a complete mirror assembly. Can't go in the yard yourself which means you'll have to act on faith that they have the part you're looking for but it seems like I'm not the only one who had a good experience.
