Roadrunner is the worst trash service I have ever dealt with. I order 2 trash cans and the lady said it would be at my house next week. I finally got my trash cans 3 months later and a week after that they sent me a bill for 3 months of service. I called and called and left 15 voicemails and they never answered. I called some more and eventually I got ahold of someone, i politely told him the situation and asked them to fix my bill and owner got very aggressive and unprofessional. He was yelling and cursing and told me he was going to dump my trash in my driveway and pick up the cans. Please do not make the same mistake that I did. If you are looking for a trash service in the payson area, I recommend Larson waste. Same prices and I'm extremely happy with there trash service and there customer service.

As sketchy as a business gets. Have been with Road Runner for a year now and choosing them was based off how responsive they were to the commercial account my employer has with them. Residential service is definitely NOT the same. Not responsive to calls and voicemails, and at this point we are waiting for our 3rd garbage bin (they inexplicably took our 1st can with an explanation of “we heard you moved” and the 2nd had a janky broken wheel that also disappeared almost a week ago) to be dropped off while watching bags pile up in our yard. Charged twice in November, January, February and again today (March). So simply put, they have been double charging for poor service while not answering emails or calls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Service: Junk removal

The rudest customer service I have ever dealt with!!! The woman that finally answered the phone after a week of me leaving messages to simply find out when my pick up day is, was the rudest most non-professional most ignorant human I have spoken to as of yet and I’ve spoken to some pretty rude people but she takes the cake!!!! My service got canceled simply because I asked why I had not received a phone call back and ask her to stop being rude. I said if she wasn’t kinder I would cancel my service she told me “in a snotty attitude it’s already been canceled! I called Larson and they were responsive, kind, and professional. I was also informed that road runner is losing customers left and right because of their poor unprofessional customer service and Larson is getting all kinds of customers because of this. Buyer beware if you go with this company and God for bid you need customer service.

I needed to transpher service and pay my bill. I did not have my account number so the gentlemen that picked up the phone said he didnt known how. I said really cant look it up by adress or name? He said nope. I said girl who worked there before could, he said he don't. I said do I need a different trash service he replied you do you. Customer service skills sucked so bad or guy is just lazy. I cant even get this trashcan picked up without account number. Well worth extra money for waste management. Customer service at this place is a joke.Service: Junk removal

We prepaid for recycling and garbage pickup services for Jan and Feb 2021. Two days later we got a notice from Roadrunner saying that they were discontinuing the recycling service. We have received no communications from them on how we are going to be credited for the prepayment of the recycling services. I have called 3 times and left 3 voicemails and have yet to receive a return phone call. They claim they only have one person to answer the phones but they hide behind this as an excuse to not answer your calls. This company is a joke when it comes to customer service. Beware of using them for your trash services as they do not provide even the most basic of communications with their customers.Service: House & garage cleanouts

When I called to set up our service, Carissa was extremely informative. She answered all my questions and informed us that they may run a bit behind due to so many new customers, but will get our can to us asap. Not only did they get the can to us on our pickup date, but the driver went the extra mile to bring it all the way down our driveway and put it under the carport! Great customer service. My guess is that they've had a change of staff since the poor star reviews have been posted. Great company, as far as I can tell. Thank you guys!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. My neighbor had warned me about using this trash service and I wish I had listened. After a full year of my dumpster being in one particular place, the owner took over the route... I have had several missed pick ups (the owner refused to discount my bill for the missed pick ups and I don’t think it’s right to pay for a service I didn’t receive). Now the owner of the company has placed my 2yard dumpster in a very inconvenient place in my yard about ten ft away from where it had been for over a year. I called and asked for them to move it back and the gal on the phone was very polite. I told her if they don’t move it back to where it was, it needs to be picked up. This was the last straw with this company. Well, that was almost two weeks ago. I called again this morning and asked what was going on, as the dumpster still sits in the same place and she informed me that her boss refuses to move it back because it’s to difficult for him to get to there. The other driver never had a problem so the fact that this one can’t maneuver a trash truck shouldn’t be my problem. he didn’t come get it either with Our last dump like I had requested. He hasn’t made contact with us to try and fix anything. I will GLADLY pay the other company a little extra to provide dependable and professional service.

We have had great service from Roadrunner Rubbish Removal. Setting up new service was simple and pickup is always on time. When we moved they came over the same day I called and took our can over to our new house. Payments can be taken over the phone and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. We have not had any disappointments with this service.

The garbage is picked up only when the owner, Chris wants to. We have had a full dumpster going on nearly 3 weeks! A different excuse each day. Finally, "at the driver's (Chris) discression". I regret having to give this company, and Chris a single star. The dumpster still sits 3 weeks after the wires were repaired. The last excuse was "driver discression ". Thank goodness I have a good lawyer and a new dependable garbage collection service, however RRR's FULL dumpster still sits after a month! Of course they can still send a bill....for no service.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. If we could give negative stars we would. We contracted for 3 roll-off dumpsters for cabin teardown. They promptly hauled away 2, and left the third for over 9 months on our lot. They tried to get $1800 for the third, instead of the $180 on the contract. After judge told them to remove it for the contracted price, they sent their idiot driver who trespassed on our land and emptied the entire container on our lot and left. Now we have to find another company to haul away the material even though we've already paid RRR to do it. Do not do business with them. Amy at the front desk is no help, and everyone we've dealt with there has been a lying sack of.....rubbish!
