Absolutely best tow service I’ve ever received. Using AAA we were connected with LaForge towing. We were stuck on the side of the highway 68 miles from pats on and they had to tow our Tesla back to Scottsdale! Our driver Travis was awesome!!! Arrived very quickly and did a great job!! He kept us posted via text and pictures and was communicative and overall a rock star!!! Highly recommended A+++++++Service: Car towing

Staff was friendly and professional and they towed my car out of the snow with no damage. However, my car was in their impound lot for 5 days wracking up fees and they made no attempts to contact me. They chose making money over doing the right thing.

Used to be a company I'd recommend but nowadays there drivers are to slow. Every time we are need of a tow last 2 times we had to wait in the cold for an extended amount of time for the driver to show up. Won't recommend. Service: Car towing

Really great people at La Forge. They were on time and very efficient. My call to Kathy was handled so well, and as I said to her... "How nice to have a friendly and competent person on the other end when stressed over something like this!" The driver, Stacy, was friendly and funny, and VERY concerned about my husbands Goldwing. All in all, they turned a bad situation of having a flat 80 miles from home into something reasonably pleasant! I know it could have been way worse! Got locked out of my vehicle while camping around Knoll lake (two hours away from this business). I called multiple places in Payson and they all told me they were unable to help because I was basically out in the middle of nowhere/too far. La Forge was the only one willing to help us. It wasn't an easy spot to locate but they were very determined to find the campsite. They were there as promptly as they could and were very professional and friendly! The price of their service was more than reasonable given the circumstances. 10/10

My truck broke down near Lake Roosevelt and I placed a roadside assistance claim with my insurance. Even with this, I knew the towing was going to be expensive due to the distance to the nearest town. After making the call, I was impressed with how quickly the driver arrived. Instead of just hooking up and towing, the driver was able to get my truck started and followed my to an auto shop in Payson, saving me a large amount of money. This really shows their integrity. Highly recommend La Forge Towing!!
