The price they paid for my recyclable metals were roughly under a third of that I would have received at the metal recycling place in Lowell or TRG recycling in Rogers. They don't inform you of the rates nor are they posted to allow you to make an informed decision about wether you should sell them your material or not. I felt violated after the experience and found out this morning the same material I was paid $21.52 was worth over$70 at the other recycling places I mentioned.

Service has been OK at best. I grew up using this location for most of my recycling purposes until I realize just how little they pay compared to anyone else in the area that I’ve been to. Without naming names, there’s a location of another recycling plant near this one that pays me up to five times as much for catalytic converter‘s and a little bit more for basic scrap metal. All you have to do is search for news articles and you’ll find them related to one issue or another with this business and some partnerships. I called this recycle center and another today to get current rates on catalytic converter‘s. Rogers Iron And Metal told me the most they would pay would be $10 a piece for some large catalytic converter‘s off the 6 L engine and TRG just down the road give me a rate range between 25 and $50 for the same catalytic converter

They're price gouging the 55 gallon drums Last year I bought 2 of them for less than 20 dollars, now they want 25 per barrel. Not happening people.

Some of these reviews kill me. Like the one about another driver (customer) who was ignoring traffic signs and swerving. How is that the company's fault? That is not a reason to give the BUSINESS a bad review. I have been coming to this place since I was a kid, and we would pick up bottles and metal scrap for Pocket money. Great service and great people who have to deal with stuff like that on a daily basis. Hahaha! Thank you guys for taking up an idiots time, so someone else may not have to.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, crane operator was unloading my trailer and was moving fast, not paying attention to anything and put a peice or rebar right threw the sidewall of one of my trailer tires. He knew he did it and then he tried to blame it on my buddy driving the truck. HE SAW THE CRANE HIT THE TIRE. And tried to blame us. Went in the front office and I i got was a smart ass "I'm sorry about you're tire." I will never go back to this place or recommend it to any body. You people suck at life.Go to TRG.

Great Place to get extra money

ZERO STARS Dont go by their hours because they lie and when you show up 10 mins before they close to toss ONE dryer not a damn truck and/or trailer load they tell you they closed a little early that day even AFTER you called to make sure they take dryers and their hours and they confirmed 4:30! RUDE!

TRG pays better after all that's were Rincon sends there scrap lol
