My wife called and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude. She simply asked how much aluminum siding scrap was going for, we just put up vinyl siding... and he said he wouldn't answer questions or quote anything without seeing it. In a mean way as well, then hung up on her. No chance for her to answer back of explain/ask anything. She was very upset and almost in tears. There's No need for that type of treatment of a customer. Especially for a simple question. I would recommend someone else, that has a better attitude toward helping people. You may even find better rates :)

Everybody was very hopeful nice and friendly..... Watch out for the old guy he's a little 50-50 on a scale reading but overall great experience...UPDATE . THEY NOW HAVE A BRAND NEW DIGITAL SCALE. NO MORE JEWISH OLD GUY....
