If I could give them a ZERO rating I would. Obviously I am not the only one that has had this problem as I see another review just like mine. I requested a refund of my gap and my extended warranty insurance in November. I have been checking on it through the finance manager Jonathan Martinez who I learned yesterday was no longer with Roswell Ford. I have left three messages with the general manager I have left three messages with the accounting person at Roswell Toyota that takes care of the refunds and I have left two additional messages that have not been returned by anybody. Do not buy anything from these people they will not take care of you and they will not return your phone calls. My next call is to the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau as I am tired of dealing with these people and getting nothing from them

I recently purchased a used vehicle from the folks at Roswell Ford. I found the people there to be courteous and professional. They went the extra mile to put me in a good vehicle within my budget, and to fill my expectations. This is the third vehicle in the four years since I relocated to Roswell, purchased at their location. I recommend their service department for any maintenance issues that may oçcur. I would certainly recommend visiting the friendly folks at Roswell Ford.

If I could leave 0 star review I would. This is THE WORST service department I have ever dealt with in my history of owning a vehicle. They take your car to look at it and they keep It however long they feel like without telling you anything. They could have your car 2 or 3 days before they even tell you what’s going on with it. Then they keep it another however many days without calling and updating you on anything. They don’t care if you have a job to make it to or kids or a way to get around. It is absolutely ridiculous and highly unprofessional. I will never purchase a vehicle that will require me to use Ford service department again.

It was. Pretty good experience over all!!A little disappointed with the detailing of the truck. When I hear that a vehicle has been detailed, I think full vehicle not just the cab. Also the running boards that were in the picture of the vehicle I first saw did not come with the truck. When I asked the salesman he was un-sure about them.

Great service, even with my last-minute appointment. I had to have my company vehicle back on Monday, so I made an appointment on late Friday afternoon. Larry worked with me for a Saturday appointment. Upon completion, he explained what had been done, and what might need to be performed coming up. This gives me the opportunity to better schedule my next service. Thank you, guys. Great, as always.

While traveling, we experienced trouble with our battery. After receiving a jump, we drove straight to Roswell Ford. It was the end of the day, and they were nice enough to stay late and evaluate our whole car. Luckily, we just needed a new battery which they installed immediately, and we were on our way again. We are very appreciative that they served us and did not make us come back the next morning. We highly recommend Roswell Ford and their personnel.

Our 2004 pickup gave up the ghost hauling our big living quarter horse trailer across White Sands. We decided that our best option was to find a new truck with the capability to haul the trailer home. This was not an easy feat given the late time of day and limited inventory in the dealerships. Luckily we found Adam at Roswell Ford. He not only got the deal done in record time, he delivered the truck to us in Alamogordo (2 hours away) late that night, helped us get the trailer hooked up and gave us detailed instructions of the vehicle as we returned him to the dealership. He was definitely our knight in shining armor. And we also love the truck. Never thought we would purchase a vehicle like that, but when life gives you lemons...
