I have known of Royal Gorge auto care for almost 9 years since we moved to Penrose. I had a mechanic in Pueblo West that I have used for many, many years and have really appreciated him, but he is overwhelmed with work right now. I did try these guys out and I have to tell you they are absolutely top-notch when it comes to professionalism. They had my truck for about a day and a half and were able to diagnose the issue but because it is 33 years old they were not able to program the new computer that I need to purchase and get installed. They spent hours figuring out what the problem was. When I went to pick it up, they did not charge me at all! I can tell you they will have my business from now on. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were traveling from Michigan through Colorado when we were involved in an accident on Hwy 50. The guy named Cory came out to tow our car and was extremely helpful! He reassured us of the correct actions to take and offered to drive us to a safe spot off the road so we could make some calls and get a ride. Excellent customer service and Cory was a friendly face for an out of town visitor who was really frazzled at the time!
