When I say it I mean it they are awesome not like other places gave me a engine that I could barely find anywhere for a really good price and they take care of stuff I got another engine from another place where they cut connectors to the harness which they didn't and helped load it up with a forklift they are awesome im coming back.

My friend purchased a motor from them. Drove over 2 hours to pick it up. When the mechanic went to put it in, said it was no good. Drove over 2 hours to return it, and they won't give the money back!! They promised to give the money back. But when she arrived they said they didn't have it. She's taking them to court. Crooked business

I went to go look at a car they had that had some nice interior cosmetics, they told me they didn’t want to sell the cosmetics which I were ac dials and a chrome cover for the handbrake because it will make the car look ugly and unappealing , the car btw was destroyed from the front to the point you couldn’t even open the hood and there was food all over the inside and trash, even their own worker said that the owner just doesn’t wanna sell parts, that’s why he has so many cars, this place just isn’t worth the time or money,

Absolute worst place to do business with. Purchased a trans for f150 on 8/19/23. Delivered for an additional 30$. Wrong plug, pull back out. Sent another with crushed pan, replace pan new oil filter boom, installed it and what do you know bad trans. Called he said it can’t be we tested it. How if the pan had a hole in it. Oh well. On 8/22/23 replacement shows up. Install it again, new filter oil and labor. Drive the truck, slipping. Called em up and he said you’re not installing it right. He promised a mechanic would double check my work to make sure it was installed right. He was supposed to be at my shop on 9/5/23. No show, every time I called it was a different excuse. Remove it, bring it to them personally from an hr away. Ohh sorry no cash come back at 3. So I said you know what, I’ve lost so much dealing with you guys that I have closed my shop for today and I WILL wait here until I have my refund. Made me wait 4 hrs just so he could write me a check that could have been written from the moment I got there. Not once have I written a review. Good or bad but these MF deserve this bad review. I hope your place gets shut down before you try to scam other out of their hard earned money like you did to me. Lost install and removal cost 3 times!!! Plus 240$+ on filters and oil. Do yourself a favor and do NOT shop here. Go elsewhere.

I gave them one star because the system does not allow me to do zero stars. The best advice I can give anyone is Do not do business with this place. If you do you will most likely regret it. Very un-professional, dis-honest and liars. I had trouble finding a parking spot because they are very unorganized and have cars scattered every where and every way in customers' parking lot area. I waited for over 45 minutes for them to remove a seat out of a vehicle and when I asked why it was taking too long I was treated rudely. I am in the car sales business and spend several thousand dollars on parts every month and they definitely will not get any of my business.

Called to verify that they had a part I needed. They confirmed that they definitely had it. Drove out there to grab it and when I arrived they said that they only had manual ac controls for the vehicle, not automatic. When I told them I called to verify they had it they walked me back to the lot and we couldn’t find the vehicle we needed. This wasted 2 hours of my time. The place was also unorganized. The customer parking was filled with salvage cars.

I've used this place twice. First time, in 2014 to replace my 2001 Saturn LS1 motor. Second time, in 2021 to replace motor and transmission in my 1999 Honda Accord. Both times had what I needed, loaded it up in the truck for me. Yeah, the parking lot is definitely a bit disorganized, but getting motors with low mileage at an affordable price can't be beat! We plan on going back when we start our his n hers project trucks.

Great place, has security out in parking lot so not much worry about stealing, although would still lock vehicle. Great and friendly. Only reason for 4 starts is some cars aren't for parts and them being in the same place as all the other cars that are for parts, makes it a bit confusing. Great and awesome place overall

SAMS AUTO SALVAGE MORE LIKE SCAMS AUTO SALAVGE!!! They sell parts overpriced and the staff here is very unprofessional if you make an offer they don’t like they will wait until you leave and then start talking about you behind your back also they’ll say they have the part in good condition but once you get there it’ll be gone or damaged! I avoid coming here I only come here when I desperately need a part I can’t find and need it within the next two days.

I paid for a motor last Saturday AM (cash) that they claimed to have but never did. Got lied to about when it was going to be deliver ("it'll be delivered Monday. No Tuesday. No Wednesday"), was told I could get a refund. Got off work early, called to let them know I was on my way & they said it was fine. Got there & they didn't have my refund (claimed they didn't have it in the register or back) & acted nonchalantly about it. They didn't know what time the "big boss" would be in & just gave me an estimate time when he would be in "Sometime tomorrow around 9:30 ish" they're unprofessional, rude & liars! Finally got a refund in a check form (after the "big boss" came in). Don't go there. They're quick to take your money for things that they don't have or don't work. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!

Someone worked there said they had a part drove an hour got there no part said it was crushed don't believe there was ever a part. Sat in school zone additional 30 minutes. Oh, remember cash only as I walked in door I found out. One gentleman was awesome can't recall his name but this was a mess crying from a death as I walked in he took me too parking lot after disappointment and grieved with me speaking of his dad with sadness. Worker with a heart.The 3 stars are for you only. Cindy @ Auto Check Fort Bend Lexington Ave. recommended but, since this didn't work out she had another place she phoned worked out great. She & God fixed it. Happy ending!😁🙏🏾

They want you to send a photo of what you need, and after you do that, they never respond. Drove 45 minutes to get here only to find they did not have the part I was looking for and the vehicle they have on Facebook is completely parted out and trashed

Sold me the wrong engine after driving 115 miles. Then tried to replace it with a very ugly rattle can painted engine and when I refused it offered to have me one the next day with 20k mpre miles than the one i drove to buy but would not discount the price to compensate me for the $150.00 in diesel I wasted not to mention a whole day for me and my mechanic.

Severe communication problem at this place .Asked if a fusebox was available and response was quote -"I'm not interested in buying the part" ??? I've been in the used parts industry for over 30 yrs and the level of courteous even barely competent customer service from these "junkyards"still surprises me sometimes.have a great day:)

Dont waste your time going here. I went in to buy a transmission for my car and they sold me a crashed one that was leaking. After I got it put in my car I called them and told them it was leaking so they told me to take it in to get checked. The owner spoke with my husband about how they sold us a bad transmission that was wrecked and he would replace it with a good one. Okay so at this point I have faith in them but when I go pick my car up they want to change their story about how it was my fault for taking it to someone who didnt put it in right. SO why would they say it was wrecked in the first place. They are messy, unorganized and super unprofessional. I advice anyone to go somewhere else where they dont sell garbage!

They told me they had a good running engine and that they would send it to me, the day it was supposed to arrive i called to find out that the engine was never sent and that it was not a good engine and then was hung up on. i wont be doing any buisness with this salvage yard again.
