I have gotten six different vehicles over the years from Sauk valley motors. None of them with issues. Every single one of the staff is friendly and caring.. excellent team to work with when buying a vehicle! Would highly recommend!

My wife bought a 2001 Kia Sportage with around 70,000 miles. The suv did not book for more than $2400. We had made about $1000 in payments along with $600 down originally. My wife got into a bad accident and totaled the car. We received a check from insurance for almost $3000 and gave that all to Sauk Valley Motors. A few months later I get a collections notice for Sauk Valley Motors still coming at me for almost another $2,500. Ended up getting a loan and had that added to my loan so I could pay these low lives off. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owner is terrible. I understand how buy here pay here works but these goons are something else.

My husband and I were looking for another vehicle the only problem I had with this dealership and I'm going to say this I was in the dealership business for 6 years we test drove a vehicle and there is a lack of communication between the Dixon store and The Rock Falls store because the vehicle that we test drove was already sold and the vehicle was not even ready for purchase because the heater core in the Chevy Equinox wasn't functioning the car smells like radiator fluid if they're going to sell a vehicle to somebody they should have their vehicles completely fixed before they put them on the lot

Daughter got a vehicle there.. after she bought it... it wasn't up to road worthy after all. Lot of repairs at our extra expense...

The place is awesome the people are very helpful they're not pushy and they try to give you the best possible deal ever it was a great experience
