took my wife's car in after she hit a deer. / they are close to my home and overall their work isn't all bad, but they are terrible about details. / the paint was a poor match (they probably used leftover paint from another job) / the bolts were not tightened (i turned them with my fingers) / they left the headlight socket loose and the new headlight got water in it the next day!... so the light has condensation covering the entire lens. / they seem to forget that the customers time has value too. / they have an all too common talent for marking up their prices... (based on my research of the same items.) / over the last fifteen years, this is the third vehicle i have had them repair and then had to fix after they were finished with it. / "3rd times the charm"... they will never get my business again. Rarely, do you have people now a day with compassion and humanity of this fine company. It was no surprise they have been around since the 1870s. Good business, Great Family.
