Perfect Jeep buying experience, the salesman Matt McGee was very knowledgeable and honest about the process. Matt worked well with our trade in and made the selection process seem less. The financial manager friendly and explained everything perfectly. Tommy Blankenship explained all features of my Jeep perfectly, and also helped set up my Jeep apps very throughly. I literally had zero questions at the end of the sale and when I took delivery of the jeep, I felt as if I was just as knowledgeable as these great salesmen. The vehicle was in showroom condition, and they even filled it up for me. I would definitely recommend sheets Chrysler dodge jeep for anyone’s jeep purchase. 10/10 experience! Perfect!

We live in another state and struggled to find the truck we wanted. We found the perfect one at Sheets. We called to inquire about purchasing it and was informed it was in transport from Baltimore. Tommy took our deposit easily and kept in constant contact with us about the status of the truck. When we inquired about having a spray bedliner put in before we took possession of the truck, Tommy worked more magic and had it done for us before we ever even made it to WV. The truck was detailed, gassed and ready when we arrived. Tommy was super friendly, helpful and personable. We never felt any pressure to purchase the truck even after all the time Tommy took ahead of our arrival. He gave us plenty of time to take the truck out on a long test drive that included time to sit with it going over all the features and details. After we returned he answered all of our questions. I would recommend him to anyone.The financing took no time and they even handled our out of state taxes. Roger in finance was extremely helpful and explained things very well. He too was very nice and professional. He took great care going over details and helped us pick out the right extras we were looking for.We traded in our Nissan Titan for our new Dodge truck and they were fair in both their hearing our expectations for the trade value and in the trade value they offered us for our trade.The manager over the dealership was incredibly nice and talked with a a while as everyone in the dealership seemed to have family near the town in NC we live in.We felt like we were just sitting around having a chat with old friends.They all stayed late completing the sale with us.I would recommend this dealership in a minute for anyone looking for a hassle free, easy car buying experience. I try to give the benefit of the doubt. After taking my vehicle in for service for the third time straight, I have to go clean my interior right after. Not only clean it but pop back on the side panel as well. This is just my personal experience and it hasn't been the best. I will drive to Princeton from now on.

Oh, they're great when you're buying a vehicle. Let us know how it goes later on when you make an appointment for an oil change, and they assure you it will be done at a certain time, but they don't even pull it into the shop by that time. Pitiful.

Had a problem with my Ram 1500 truck two on Sunday. I was driving through the area on the way home. I stayed overnight at a nearby hotel and called Sheets first thing in the morning to see about getting the problem diagnosed. Lady answering the service line told me there was no way they could get a "traveler" in for at least a month to even look at the problem. Never even asked if it was under Mopar warranty. I ended up limping my truck to the next dealership on the way home, about an hour away. This is not the kind of place I'd want to have to get service routinely.
