I am so grateful for these guys at southern auto. Salvage the helped me out a great deal. My back gate door on my truck works great with no problems and they were reasonable on the price too. Everybody was professional respectful and honest i will difently be back again.. Also they are open on Saturdays thanks again 😁👍

Called for a set of rear brake calipers shipped to me. The first person I spoke to sent me a credit card authorization form and told me to arrange shipping. When I called back to verify the price with tax, whoever answered told me they do not ship then hung up. Their waiting music on the phone even mentions how willing they are to accommodate your shipping needs. Bunch of lies!

Would be five stars if "Bobby" didn't have such a sarcastic condescending demeanor. Seriously irritated with the LACK of customer service from that particular employee. Previous person I had spoken to was extremely helpful, Not only did he confirm item needed was there he physically checked it for me as well to advise condition.

The customer service is below par and some of the men working the front counter have horrific manners. That is except for ONE person, Mr. Delon Griffin who apparently has the right attitude for customer satisfaction. A word to the wise; when dealing with the front counter sales office window is to be sure you ASK for and SPEAK to Delon. The other workers I encountered were mean spirited and ready to clash with you over the slightest thing. Whoever owns the business should perform semi-annual reviews of employee performance and discharge those turning away customers, as other reviews for this company seemed to indicate will not be returning. There are ENOUGH hard working people out there looking for work that can replace anyone not caring enough nor understanding the importance of public perception.

Called a day before heading over there to confirm they had an engine i needed. They confirmed they had it. Drove 2 hours the next day all for them to say they didnt have it. I drove 2 hours for nothing and they still have an attitude. horrible service.

Scam and cheat is the business. The front office manager says the manager will handle them giving us the wrong faulty engine. Going on a month with them avoiding doing the right thing. They don’t have the stock they claim they avoid answering the phones when you call them. Bad business don’t get cheated go somewhere else.

My experience was just terrible. They have a very bad customer service. I called them in the morning (around 11am) and asked them about a wheel for a 05 Kia Spectra. They told me they had it and that there was no need to place the order for you can simply go and pick up on the spot. I visited them at 2:20pm. Placed the order. Cashier was very rude. After I paid he told me I had to wait for 35 to 40 minutes. They brought my part at 4pm. I just don't understand why they didn't just let me place the order over the phone if they were going to have me wait for 1 HOUR AND A HALF! This is the perfect example of what you mustn't do in customer service

The guy that works the front desk is cool over the phone when you get there his customer service is horrible the wait time is long and he talk to the customers any kind of way and he wants you to pay for the parts before seeing them

These people are very rude and disrespectful they don't care if they get or retain your business. Don't go here they don't value their customers. That's no way to be in this day in age.

The Parts you buy from them are not the parts you get. We purchased an engine what we got was a mangled mess with missing parts. We were told that this engine needed to be pulled but from the rust and weather damage it had been sitting out in the elements for a long time. Avoid this company they do not honor the warranty.
