This was my first time using Shifflet used auto parts. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and when I arrived. I picked up a part the week before Christmas. For unforeseen reasons I could not use that part. I called to see if I could return it, and I was told that they would take it back and in the spirit of Christmas waive the restocking charge. They are a class act and they have gained a customer for life.

Jeff shipped me out a transmission across the country said it was tested and working and at an affordable price. Transmission is in the car and works as he described. I trust this man and the business he does is solid. *high five*

There was a mistake and they gave me the wrong part, when I called and told them about it they spoke to me very kindly. And they got a refund easily. If I need any used parts I will definitely come here first
