I'm so greatful and thankful for how quickly the drive responded to my bright and easy crash on hwy 6. Professional and so kind! With all the emotions and shock the driver was great about calming me down and reassuring me it would all be ok and he was there to help in whatever ways I needed. He had me get into his truck to be safe while he loaded my car. Definitely an amazing company and I highly recommend them!!

Steele Towing has rescued us from two difficult situations. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. They have helped us with both towing and with a winch. Our most recent experience was with our 39' fifth wheel. They went the extra mile by bringing their larger wrecker (which is an amazing piece of equipment) in from out of town. They made what seemed like an impossible situation to us look easy . We highly recommend them and would give them more stars if that was an option.

We got a flat just outside of Nephi on a road trip to California. Our lugnuts were stripped and we couldn't change the tire ourselves. A Utah Highway Patrol officer tried to help us, to no avail. We called Steele Towing and Recovery, explained the situation, and they got someone there within 15 minutes.He helped us get the spare on and gave fantastic directions to local tire stores - he even offered to follow us back into town to make sure we were safe!Fast, friendly, and open on Saturdays! Our Denver to SF road trip started off with a busted engine on the side of the 70 between Grand Junction and Moab. We could not have asked for a better tow company to help us through our dire time. Teina was the most kind, soothing, and sweet dispatcher who checked on us regularly with updates about the timing of our ride. Donovan arrived in an immaculate beast of a tow truck (if you can even call a rig that luxurious a tow truck) and got our deceased vehicle on the back in record time. He provided us with ice cold water, Gatorade, and great conversation. Overall felt extremely safe and well taken care of in a time of true distress. Hope we never have to use a tow truck again but if we do, would choose Steele time and time again.Service: Car towing

My vehicle wound up at Steele towing because of a not intelligent choice to let a friend borrow it. They were pleasant, surprisingly affordable, and besides the 2000 miles from my home to get there, they made an unpleasant situation as tolerable as possible.

We broke down south of Nephi. We looked at a few different places and called two. We used Steele towing as they responded quickly and professionally. Kyle was dispatched and arrived in about 30 minutes. (And it it was his birthday!). Kyle had the four of us loaded up quick and made us comfortable in his truck. He gave us some great advice for where to stay if needed in town and where some places were to get our car fixed. He was professional and had a great attitude. Kyle is awesome! We had truck troubles in Nephi and we were pulled off the side of the road by his business with our toy hauler. It was very cold and windy and we had our 4 little kids with us. He was driving by and stopped and came right over to me to ask if there was anything he could do to help. I told him we were waiting for a mechanic and he said he had to run on a tow job but threw me the keys to his truck and told me where it was and said go ahead and use it if you need to run and get anything. When he came back from his tow job he helped us secure our trailer full of 4 wheelers for the night. As a business owner myself Kyle is the kind of person I would love having work for me! My father in law who is elderly with some health concerns and physical limitations and is not that savy with cell phones had broke down in the middle of the night and Steele Towing came to the rescue! The driver was so amazing he even called us in California to let us know what was happening and he went above and beyond to make sure my family member was safe and off the road. We are all extremely grateful for this great group of people. Thanks again for everything! You are all good hearted folks out there in Nephi!!
