Troy made the process of buying my new car super easy and stress free! I wasn't even planning on looking at cars the day I dropped my boyfriend off to pick up the new truck he had ordered, but I saw one in the lot and decided I might as well test drive it while they were getting his truck ready for him to take. Next thing I know I'm signing the paperwork and we both got brand new vehicles the same day! If our salesman hadn't been so friendly and easy going I probably wouldn't have even considered going through with my purchase, but he never pressured me or made me feel like I had to go home with a vehicle. He just let me know that if I was interested, he would help. And he did! Will definitely go there for my future vehicles as well!

Thanks to all the staff at the dealership that jumped through hoops this past week. My 3500 had a nasty transmission leak. It took 9 days to get back from the dealership. I had a VA appointment during this time and the staff and the manager jumped through hoops to get a loaner. One staff member no name they know who they are even picked me up and took me to the grocery store to grab a few things. You will not find customer service like this any where. God bless to all the employees that worked with me and on my truck.

I am very pleased with my experience at Stuteville Chevrolet Buick GMC of Ponca City. From the time I asked for a trade-in value until my 2022 Chevy Blazer was delivered to my house in Iowa, 5.5 hours away, I am impressed. Andrew West was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and ensured I purchased a vehicle that I am absolutely in love with. The entire team at Stuteville was a delight to work with and I will send anyone I know looking for a vehicle their way.

Purchasing the vehicle was fine, the sales team worked with me to make a deal. The service department is a disgrace. If I spend $50000 on a brand new truck, I expect the tires to last more than 400 miles. When they don’t, I expect the issue to be taken care of, not excuses as to why the tire will not be replaced by GM. They are the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. I now have to spend over $300 to get my tire replaced which should have never been an issue in my opinion.

Andrew West and the team there did amazing at getting me into a new 2021 truck so I could get back to my dad in Florida. Since I was stuck with a blowed transmission in my 2022 gmc sierra. I was mad at gm to start with because of the transmission messing up and being stuck 1000 miles from home. Andrew and the team restored my faith in gm. I would definitely be willing to drive the 1000 miles to buy another one just because of all the help I got and how I felt at home despite being so far away. I have been telling my friends and family that I would drive them up to get a vehicle from them. Andrew West and the team pulled off a Christmas miracle for me and I was back home with my new truck before Christmas. They have definitely earned my future business and that's a fact. I'm more than mad at my local dealership in Florida still.

Great service!!! Firestone in Stillwater had put in the part that needed to be fixed but my truck still had the engine light on, when Statesville Chevrolet fixed my truck they put in the part and got it running with no problem. I will never go back to Firestone in Stillwater again.

Andrew West and the team at Stuteville Chevrolet Buick GMC pulled off a Christmas miracle. My other truck broke down and they got me into a new truck. So I could make it back to Florida for Christmas. Again thank yall very much. Super friendly family atmosphere. When I need another vehicle I am more than willing to drive the 1000 miles just to get another one. I would highly recommend them.

Well my husband called about a recall on my Cobalt got parts ordered and waited for them to come in and they set and appointment up we brought it in on that day it's a 4 hr.job they kept my car for overnight and wouldn't call us back when we called about the status we called again and they told us up front they closed at 530 and to call back in the morning at 8 .We came by about 1130 and wanted my car said it was apart and couldn't give it to us and my husband put the plastic cover back on and cranked it and they moved 2 cars so I could have my car 24 hrs and they removed 3 screws and a plastic cover what a scam
