I cannot say enough great things about this dealership! Shane went above and beyond for us, had everything ready when we got there from out of town, and greeted us with enthusiasm! This guy listened to what I wanted months ago when I was just starting the “looking” process. When the time came to buy I did not have to remind him of a single thing! He located exactly what I wanted on another one of their dealerships and had it brought to Ponca City. I got a great deal on my trade, more than I imagined or anyone had offered previously. I guess I will have to give a full star because I don't think I can give a half of a star. My last visit, and I do mean very last, my car was towed in. Turned out the only thing wrong was an emergency button in the trunk had gotten pushed and turned off the fuel. One simple push and it was ready to go again. Certainly would have been nice to have known this previous to needing but to make matters worse, before they told me what was wrong they told me I needed a tune-up I've always known of a tune-up to be spark plugs, plug wires all the things that go with a tune up. I went to pick my car up and was handed a little bottle of cleaner to put into the gas tank when I it up next they had already put one bottle of it in. Nothing else was done to my car other than push the button in the trunk and put in one bottle of cleaner and hand me another cleaner to put in myself. I was charged for a full tune up and the button pushing.I dare say this was not worth almost $500. I had words with the manager. That didn't go so well so then the other person in charge contacted me she claims she will make it right with Me. She also claims but that is how they do tune-ups to just put in the cleaner and hand you another one. I have to say I will not be using their services ever again. When and if it is made right with me I will let you know the outcome.Here it is 06/24/21.....no, it was never made right.

I have never had a better experience from a manager than I have had with Ronny Williams!I am from out of state and called upon Ronny for some urgent import decision making help on a vehicle sale and Ronny was by my side the whole way.Ronny was positive, helpful, knowledgeable, honest and very patient in explaining things to me.... ( double star on that!)Honestly , Ronny made stressful situation a walk in the park!Thank you Ronny!

From the beginning of my phone conversation with Jim to set up the service appointment, I knew my car was important to the personnel in Bowker Ford service center. I arrived to Jim using my name to say "good morning" and ready to move my car in for servicing. The guest lounge was perfect for me to get some needed reading done. Upon completion of the check and servicing of my car, Tyler explained the printed user-friendly checklist of what the technician did. Even though I drove 25 miles from my rural home to Bowker Ford for servicing and could have it serviced within half the distance, I will travel to Ponca City when the mileage requires the next check. The personnel's integrity and commitment to do the best job possible because they care about their customers will bring me back to Bowker Ford.

Got 4 new tires. Service was quick. They were professional and understanding when I called in to let them know I'd be 20 minutes late for my appointment. They are always professional even when they cannot help me. Timing can "stink" sometimes...not their fault.
