If I could give 0 stars I would. Called ahead of time lady said they have the battery we need. When I get in and politely ask about the battery the guy looks me up and down and says they don’t have it. I politely tell him that the lady on the phone said they have it and magically he goes and finds it. I’m down to my last few dollars so while I’m checking out I ask if it’s okay to come back if it’s not the right size. He says to go make sure it’s the right size. I go to check, and when I come back he says he won’t sell it to me and I should get a brand new one because he doesn’t want me bringing it back. The guys ego was hurt just because I wanted to be sure I was buying the right size battery. Smh. I know why he didn’t want to help me but I won’t take it there. Just know these people do not respect or care about customers!

The lady at the front counter was dumb. I called in advance asking for a specific part, and they said they had it. When I went there to pick up the part, I mentioned my car's year and model, but the lady insisted it's not the same, even though it's for the same engine. When you buy it online or at the dealership, it tells you the part is compatible with different models of the car brand. I asked if I could see the part before buying, and they said no, I cannot look. Why not? So I just asked to buy it but the crazy lady said no I cannot buy. If I want to buy it, let me buy it. How the heck are you going to sell parts and not allow customers to see the part and have them buy it if they insist? Close down this piece of garbage shop.
