Recent repair was to some deep scrapes on the passenger side. The car came back from Thetford's Auto looking like new. Absolutely zero sign of that vehicle ever being in a repair shop - it looked the same before the damage. I was blown away by the quality of the repair.They even offered to deliver the vehicle to me at work; a service I did not expect, but at that time it served as a very nice convenience and made my day easier AND my experience that much better!The owner and staff are friendly and honest. I purchased a brand new GMC Sierra from country club motors. The truck had a scratch on the drivers side passenger door. Country club assured me that they had the right body shop for the job but that wasn’t the case. My brand new truck had runs down it to the point where even members of country club were disgusted by it. I told them it wasn’t acceptable and they should have to fix it. I have had this truck back to them 3 times to make it right and end up getting more frustrated every time it comes back. They seem to not care how it looks after it is “finished”. I hope that this information pushes everyone that reads it away from this company. Take a little pride in your work. Just a heads up country club still sends them vehicles.

We broke down at night on I88 just outside Oneonta and they were there in about 10 minutes with both a rollback for our damaged truck and another truck to tow our trailer. Courteous, thorough and very reasonably priced. I completely recommend them.

I don't think I would go anywhere else for body repair. I have been a multi-car customer for years. Whether a deer strike or a fender bender, my car always looks like the day I bought it when they are done. They do timely and meticulous work at a fair price.

Constantly enjoy having my vehicles taken care of at Thetfords. The staff and owner go above and beyond. My daughter was stuck in the recent snow storm and the employees helped her and got her safely back to Oneonta. I have had my car fixed from hitting a deer to getting my winter tires there. Certainly best shop in the area.
