I called late in the day, they returned my call the very next day. Pleasant, almost painless to get rid of my old truck, because I will miss the old truck a little. Came out to my house when scheduled. Polite and gave me the price we agreed on. They were patient and let me look quickly through the truck one more time before they hauled it away.

Offered a price over the phone. Sight unseen. When the tow truck driver showed up, incorrect price and left. Daniel will not return my calls or text. Would not recommend. Not professional at all.
