I was in need of a 3.0 ford Ranger engine. Shannon was very helpful and let me check the vehicle it was coming out of before purchasing the engine. I asked that it stay as complete as possible and to my surprise came out a full dressed engine. Made the job of putting it in very easy. Truck is up and running and just passed smog. Thank you guys for the help and quick delivery of the engine. This is the second used engine I have purchased from them over the years. They don't disappoint and stand by their product.

Worst place ever bought a transmission drove to Las Vegas picked it drove back to California paid to have it installed just to find it was bad drove back to Las Vegas they said the would rebuild it so they did drove back to California had it reinstalled still bad had to replace sensor will never buy anything from this company again the said they would reimburse me for the sensor never didService: Part finding & extracting

They were the only ones in town who had a compatible vehicle to mine, and it was in good condition. I was excited. Prices were reasonable, though not impressive. However, the staff was so rude I decided to get all my parts online instead. When I came just to look, in person they were passable, though not friendly. I called later inquiring about actually getting the parts but the attitude I received completely turned me off.

I am from the Midwest.My experience with talking to Shannon was just very wonderful, when calling to see if he had the part over the phone at a good price, which was engine for my car. Let me tell you something Shannon is the most helpful person,that I talk to over the the phone,compared to all the other places I called in Las Vegas,Nevada.God bless his heart with how kind he is to his customers when dealing with him on the phone.I would recommend him to any family member or friend are best friends that needed a part for their cars. Alot of other places they don't take the time over the phone whendealing with the customers as well as he did. Also the other employees there we're great too to deal with over the phone. Shannon went above and beyond his Call of duty.I really appreciate itvery much from the bottom of my heart!!!

Called about a part that I had all the information from there web site and he would not verify then cut me off as if I was not important enough to talk to him. And insisted that I should drive 150 miles to verify that they had it. Easy sale lost.

If anybody buys any engine parts from T&H, I advise them not to. They don't back up their guarantees. Bought an engine for my truck. They said it would work and if it didn't, they would swap it for another.The engine didn't fit, and they refused to do the swap. They sound friendly, until you pay them, and then they don't care. Shannon and Eric are the worst sales reps I've met. My shop will never buy from them again. I prefer to pay more than buy from scandalous sales reps.
