Most all of us have been to a shop and been mislead, well not here! Owner was very nice and patient, he sold me the right parts for my buggy, along with competitive prices. I will be getting all my vw parts here.

The lady at the counter was busy the first day we came in to schedule our appointment, we started off rocky, but she hit her stride and finished our scheduling like a champ, we just dropped off our car and hope the service and repairs are as good as our scheduling, will update after our appt is done.

Wanda and Matt were wonderful, even staying an hour late to help me get things figured out. They really went above and beyond calling the transmission repair place that had rebuilt the transmission several hours prior to the car having problems again. They communicated with the people at that shop professionally and we're definitely advocates for me!

What a nice group of people. I was traveling alone and broke down outside of Kingman, AZ. I got towed to TNT, and even though they were booked to the hilt, they got on it right away. My car was fixed by the end of the next day, including ordering parts. They took me to my hotel and brought me back to the shop. Everyone was fun, friendly, and helpful - especially Wanda who runs the show! I highly recommend this team!

Took my car in because it would not accelerate pass 3000RMS. I did research on this issue with my car while on the way to the this place (TNT). I read that it was probably in LIMP mode. My Nissan at 60,000 requires certain maintenance and that why it kicked into LIMP mode. I take it to this deal and to my surprise another Nissan Rogue Same year and model pulled in behind us with the same issue. They told me that they ran test and the only issue they saw was a “loose positive battery terminal”. But the same car behind me (almost exact same mileage had issues that I read about. They charged me $153.90 to fix it. So I go ahead and drive the the next day back home to Colorado (from Arizona to Colorado) and in the morning I have the same issues and my car kicks back into LIMP mode and the shop to me was a NISSAN dealership. I took it there and they ran there test and found the issue immediately. It was the same issue that the people had that pulled in behind us at TNT. I feel like I got scammed for $154. $154 to fix something that probably wasn’t even there and just an excuse not to fix my car because it was near closing time.

The owner is top notch. Sat and listened to me as I rambled on about stuff that wasn't pertinent to why I was there. Great staff!
