Super rude and very unprofessional. Refused to listen to my insurance company on where to take my vehicle after an accident and tried to keep it. They refused to give the collusion center my car and tried claiming my vehicle as a total (which they are not authorized to do). They had my vehicle in a separate place from there original tow yard and were questioning me if I got insurance involved or not. I felt so uncomfortable with the situation that another tow company had to be called to remove my vehicle from their possession. Have had to deal with them twice and both experiences have been very horrible. They were very sketchy and very over price. If negative stars were an option that is what I would rate them.

Tow Zone is the worst. They will tow a car that's legally parked just so they can charge you up the A$$. They will also tell you one price to take your car out and then tell you a more expensive price if you ask again, they will lie right to your face, and are incredibly rude. This is the worst tow place i've ever had to deal with.Update- they illegally moved another car in in our residential parking lot, and lied AGAIN about why the car was moved. They are incredibly rude and do not operate legally or with consent! If the city of Bozeman is lucky that place will go out of business.

Tow Zone is incredibly overpriced, plain and simple. God forbid your car is towed, not only will you be left with a ridiculous bill but they have no problem berating you with snide remarks and attitude even if you show none. I don't recommend EVER using their services.

Wonderful company towed my vehicle and were unavailable to call when I discovered the fact. This won't do any good because they've already towed *your* vehicle, but know that their customer service is nonexistent at best. Thanks, Towzone!

Horribly unprofessional, pretty sure he thinks he’s the only option in town, charges prices so unreasonable the only explanation is he’s in debt over his head and trying to skim money from you- use any other service but tow zone. Services: Vehicle wrecking, Vehicle recycling

Crooked and unprofessional. Avoid this business at all costs.

I had a negative experience with this company, they over charged and hard to deal with, I filed a complain against them, They settle out of court, I would not recommend them to anyone.
