I have dealt with rude and unpleasant staff behind the counter each visit, and today will be my last. I would recommend taking your business somewhere where they treat their customers with respect and appreciate your business. Their counter customer service is abysmal.

I wrote the below review about a few months ago. I just wanted to update it. I did return to the yard a few months later and a major change in customer service. This time the yard staff assisted unloading my trailer with their magnet and the office staff was more professional. I still disagree with the prices paid for scrap metal, but that is just business. It is better than having to take it to the dump and paying to dispose of it.The one suggestion that I would make. Right now when I come in a drop off the metal; I just leave, due to the price payed for scrap. It would be nice if they would tell customers. If they do not want their pay out, just take the time to weigh out then Pacific will donate the funds to the Boy Scouts for Cub Scouts. Over time the funds customers pass on will add up for the scouts.Comment made several months earlier: Staff is right on edge of being rude. I called a scrap iron facility outside of Bozeman and they were offered $40 a ton for unprepared scrap metal, Pacifica in Bozeman gave me a penny a pound.
