My one son loves garbage trucks. I contacted Jon, Alexis and Bruce. They set-up a tour of the facilities. I brought my other son, they are twins. He is more fascinated with race cars. When we got there for the tour, they greeted us and had a company t-shirt, hat and cape their sizes, even for my other son. The tour was very safe and concentrated on safety. Keep up they great work! We paid $729 for a dumpster. Booked online, everything appeared to be great, didn’t see anything about fees. We followed the guidelines listed for the size dumpster we rented. Then a month later we magically owe $300 in fees. As it turns out, on the online rental page at the bottom, there is an asterisk saying “plus taxes and fees”. Additional fees is one thing, using the dumpster according to the guidelines and then incurring 40% of the cost of the rental in fees is another. We will be switching our trash service ASAP. I completely understand that gas and the costs of doing business are rising, with that being said prices for services need to be raised accordingly. Don’t advertise one price and then screw your customers with fees. Invoice price with fees totaling 40% of the original invoice price is deceptive on so many levels.

The professionals working for this company go above and beyond repeatedly! I've had several instances when I forgot to move the garbage can to the top of the driveway. When I rushed out to move the trash can, they had already gone to the bottom of the driveway, moved the trash by hand to the proper place and emptied it for me. Recently my trash can lid was damaged, probably from being blown over by the wind. The next week a new trash can appeared without me even having to make a request.
