Place is amazing. Good parts. Good price. If you have any questions ask for anthony.

Excellent location with a huge inventory of all types of vehicles. No admission fee to enter and they have 50% off customer appreciation days which is amazing. Gotta get there early to secure a wheel barrow if you will be needing one though lol as they get used up quickly! Employees were fantastic and very helpful. Only thing that I wish they had available would be current price lists on hand to grab. Other than that I've always come here and will continue to do so 🙂

My thanks goes out to the staff for keeping the place well organized and always being both approachable and professional. This is my fav yard in the area, and well worth the extra travel time to visit. A++ To address the elephant in the room, no, I cannot in good faith ignore the possibility I'm the reason the 1999 Honda in lot 192 became possessed after I bled all over it while trying to remove a seized caliper. My sincerest apologies to the families that were affected by my negligence, and I promise to do better in the future.

If I could rate this place a .5, I would. The worker that was there on Sunday was beyond lazy, scrolling through social media while we spoke to him. This place absolutely refuses to tell you when they don't have a part, forcing you to drive there, pay a $2 admission fee and then ALSO sign you up for a program with the information they force you to input without serving you a terms and conditions. (They're essentially taking your info and selling it) I wouldnt come here, just use EBay.

It's hard to make a deal with these people. I tried to buy a lateral arm about 10 inches long. The guy tried to charge me for a trailing arm. I declined. Another time I tried to buy the two short wiring harnesses for a pickup box lights and a trailer wire plug. The same guy wanted 95 dollars for them. I declined. He said he can't change the pricing. Then he noticed a sea shell I had found in the yard and made up a price for that. I declined. I don't think that's on his price list. I have shopped there in the past, and have always been able to reason with the counter people. This guy seems to have less automotive knowledge. The only reason I went back was I in the area. Next time I will skip visiting this yard. Last visit 12/29/23 Update: I bought the same parts in better condition at Rt.34 U-Pull-M for under $10. It's way better dealing with counter people who can fairly price a part that isn't on the computer screen.

Always able to get the parts I need. And they'll buy back the old parts so it's an all in one solution to make it affordable to do your own repairs

So I called to check for a part for my vehicle and the guy that answered the phone was very very rude and did not know what he was talking about… He literally argued with me that there is no such thing as a Nissan Pathfinder Armada that you can either have a Nissan Pathfinder or a Nissan Armada I will post a picture of the Nissan Pathfinder Armada so that hopefully someone that’s running this business and sees this one star review can show the idiot the answers the phone that he is wrong
- RRick Martinez
Pricing has gone overboard... used to go here with previous owners and never had an issue... Bought a tail light and charged me per inch!!! Charged $5 less than retail. If I didn't need the part today I would have walked right out. Never again....
- GGlenn Korec
Horrible customer.service. pre pay with a link. Waited a week with no parts, called several times. Paid extra to get black parts. Hood showed up red. Waited another week and a few phone calls to be told the black would be additional money. Then a call back that hinges were bent. Parts had dings and dents. Look like an ape pulled them, no care taken. Would not recommend. Unfortunately they are buying up all the local salvage yards.

Avoid this place like the plague. Almost every import row is submerged in a lake, and employees have attitudes. Place went downhill in the last few years.

I had a car I wanted to sell them. I called and described it, they quoted me $545 and said they'd pick it up but I'd have to come down to get paid.. I said Okay that's fine.. all that went smoothly until I went down there to get paid. The guy had $475 written in the corner of a piece of paper and low balled me. I felt like it was a bait and switch tactic. All the listening ears from the other employees in the room all had little comments about how 545 sounded like it was too much. They said I could take $475 if I wanted to get paid right now. It was unbelievable. They already had my car and I felt like I had no recourse. I said fine, took the lower amount and left the place upset. It wasn't a good feeling.

This place used to be my go to up until Fenix totally ruined them. The prices have skyrocketed and some prices are near new. The place is an absolute swamp and many cars are just shells with no parts left. Sad, because the employees are awesome and friendly.

Don't waste you time. lazy and unprofessional staff. Woman in check out seemed to be sick and wasn't wearing a mask. Instead doing her job, she was talking to another staff. She doesn't know how to work with customers. It looks like a cashier's job is too difficult for her. Also I was told on a phone that a vehicle that I needed was in yard, row 65, I spent 2 hours driving to find out that row 65 is empty.

They always have good prices

Drove over an hour to get a part for my wife’s car. I checked online and they had one listed as being in the yard. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have the vehicle. I even showed them their own inventory and was rudely told it was not there. Needing parts for another car we went scrounging the yard. Found a few parts for my grandson’s VW Beetle. Paid and left, when i got home I looked at the receipt to find out we were charged an extra 20% on each part for a 180 day warranty! They never asked, they never mentioned it. They just jacked up my bill with bogus extra charges. I hardly think we needed a warranty on a plastic headlight or a plastic engine cover and a couple miscellaneous trim pieces. They are rude and crooks! First and last time there. Word to the wise, check your receipt before you leave the counter!!!

New ownership is awful and the same people who worked there under previous ownership haven’t left and allowed new ownership to turn them all into miserable bums. All parts are now overpriced so there’s no feeling of buying budget parts or saving anything around here. Inventory has been terrible as of late and from what I’ve heard is because new owners can’t pay properly for the junk cars. Got accused of stealing today and had my person and tool bag searched because I “came in with too many tools for what I am leaving with” (I got a 3x3 inch cube shaped clock for a dashboard). They did not have what I was looking for. Employee who I previously noted as being a great guy turned miserable bum forced the 180 day warranty on me for my clock purchase and charged me $15 before tax for a part listed at $9 on their website. He then got red faced and pissed that he couldn’t prove me stealing so he instead charged me $3 for a mini pack of $9 fishing lures from Walmart I found in the car. Never returning here again.

Overall this place is just okay. Good selection of vehicles that are nicely spaced out. Everything is a set price even if the condition of the part is not so great.
- AAaron Hoffer
Great service! Core returns require receipts!
- LLuis Suarez

I've been there twice. Both times I found exactly what I needed, and at a great price. There was a hitch - described below - BUT the owner contacted me within a couple hours of my previous 2 star review and is correcting the problem - so now it's the five stars based on my top paragraph and clear concern for the customer's experience - all of it. Here's my original complaint as well as the owner's reply. I've since contacted the owner with the requested information. Both times I had to argue and argue and argue to get in because the dude at the front door was sure - absolutely sure - argumentatively sure - that they didn't have the parts. Can't they just say "OK. Take your chances for our entrance fee"??? More detail: First time I was looking for a spare rim for my 18 year old pickup truck. Found a GREAT rim with a great tire at a great price. After hearing time and time again that they didn't have a perfect match - when I only needed it to fit and have the correct diameter - spare tire!!!!! Second time I needed a pair of electrical connectors off the oxygen sensor converter so that my replacement wouldn't require me to cut the wires on my car. He argued that all catalytic converters had been removed. True enough. BUT in almost all cases, the wire was cut at the sensor on the catalytic converter, leaving the connectors easier to pull. SO WHY NOT JUST LET ME IN FOR A FEE??????

Very organized facility! Reasonably price
- TTyler Grinter
Front staff is polite and helpful. Always have a great selection of vehicles, and always getting more. Well ran salvage yard, prices are beyond reasonable. Unlike many other yard in cny u-pull keeps a good inventory of light trucks and some medium duty truck which other yards seem to shy away from. Well worth the drive.
- HHouston Rockwell
Just remember you can't bring in jacks to lift any cars. You just have to go look to see what parts are still usable. Quick and friendly service. You may or may not find what your looking for as they don't really conduct inventory on vehicle parts, you just have to go look for yourself if you really need some used parts at decent prices..
- VVP Shaffer
Can't vouch for the yard or parts but they certainly don't get back to you by phone or email when requested. 3 times in the past year and a half I've called and filled out on line forms and NEVER received a response. If customer service is that poor, I'm not sure I'd trust how the rest of the business is run.
- DDave Arnold
Beware! Check your receipt before leaving cashier, they like to add unwanted charges to your bill. Some unwanted or illegal charges are ; warranty charges, enviro charges. They are not the most honest business nor are they the cheapest.
- DDan Smith
Used to be a decent Parts yard to go to but now it’s turning into a picked over landfill that’s filled with garbage in the original owner doesn’t own it anymore so don’t try getting a better price for anything
- BBrian
Waste of my time. On the phone they promised the make and model was there and good. I show up in person and they charge $2 for an entry fee and can't promise the wheels are on it. Indeed, the wheels were missing. I'm not happy and left. The condition of the wrecked car was poor. Everything was picked off of it .. it was a simple Nissan
- BBroc Burkhow
Honestly I won hundred percent agree this is a great pick and pull place! Honestly I would never go to any other pick and pull the website is amazing and I get text messages when vehicles that I’m looking for come in! The people that work here are really really really nice and helpful if you ask them or Pardeza look it up and give you a sheet with a part on it! Very well laid out and have a lot variety of vehicles. They have wheelbarrels that you can take in with you to take stuff out. I don’t know if I’ve ever come back without a part that I was looking for and also it’s a great location! And I would say all the parts are super reasonably price because my brother and I went there and got two bucket seats for our minivan and they were only $15 apiece!
