You will be given a receipt that reads refund, but the funds are never returned to your account. 3) Stay away from this place, it's not worth the time or energy to walk through the front door.

I will never go here again. I will wait until literally anywhere else has what I need, before I come back to this place. You get a completely different answer from each employee you talk to. Asked if they could use their machine to help carry out a truck rear axle once I removed it. I was told that they only do that for engines and transmissions, and to use the wheelbarrow. Once I finally got it to the checkout, another employee saw and asked why I didn’t come get them so they could help bring it out. One of the employees is exceptionally grumpy and rude. He told me he could charge me for the brake lines on an axle if he wanted to, but wasn’t going to. Just for reference, they were RUSTY and CRUSTY ORIGINAL steel brake lines on a 26 year old axle. The yard is a mud pit, and there’s broken glass everywhere. There’s parts laying everywhere that you have to walk around or step over.

Worst customer service ever! My engineer died and I wanted to junk my car to get money towards a down payment of a new car. The car broke down in an area I’m not from and when I gave them the direction (1-2 miles from the circle K on route 11) they told me that without an exact address they couldn’t come get the car and basically hung up on me. The car was towed by police and now I owe as much for the tow from the police that the car is worth in scrap. So basically their refusal to work with me on knowing the “exact location” just cost me to get nothing from my car because it’s gonna cost $300 to get it out of the tow yard from Towmater towing (which is way overpriced) or I have to surrender my car to them for the bill. Thanks for nothing! Do not go to this company if you’re in an emergency situation because their policies are ridiculous and their customer service is horrendous. Telling the man on the phone 2-3 miles from the end of route 11 before the turn to circle k , is actually pretty good directions for someone who isn’t from the area and there were no mile markers, seems like pretty good directions to me and it seems like laziness to want to do their job to help a customer.
